Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե ուզում է մենք Սահմանադրություն փոխենք, Ադրբեջանն ուզում է, որ մենք պատմություն չունենանք․ Արշակ Կարապետյան
POLITICSՊաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը վստահ է՝ Ադրբեջանը չի պատրաստվում ոչ մի խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Հայաստանի հետ։ «Հայելի» լրատվականին տված հարցազրույցում Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է Ներքին Հանդի ողբերգական դեպքին, նշել, թե դա վստահաբար եղել է դիվերսիոն գործողություն։ «Ամենավտանգավորն այն է, որ մեր ղեկավարությունը հայտարարում է, որ պատասխան չի տալու և դա առաջին դեպքը չի։ Մեր պահվածքը, բոլոր հարցերում շատ մտահոգիչ է»,- նշել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը` հավելել, թե այս ամենը կարող է շատ վատ վերջանալ մեր պետականության և մեր ժողովրդի համար։
Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է 2021 թ. Երասխում տեղի ունեցած հրադադարի խախտումները, երբ հայկական կողմը համարժեք արձագանք էր տալիս, և այսօր, հայտարարելով, որ պատասխանը կարող է ռազմական գործողություններ սադրել, իշխանությունը դեմագոգիա է անում, իսկ նման պահվածքը բերում է մեծ պատերազմի։
Մեկնաբանելով Ալիևի սպառնալիքներն ու Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու պահանջը՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է՝ Հայաստանը երևի աշխարհում միակ երկիրն է, որին ուրիշ երկիր ասում է դուք ձեր Սահմանադրությունը պետք է փոխեք։ «Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե ուզում է մենք Սահմանադրություն փոխենք, Ադրբեջանն ուզում է, որ մենք պատմություն չունենանք, ուզում է զավթել մեր պատմությունը։ Իրենք մեր պատմությունն են ուզում, իրենք պատմություն չունեցող երկիր են, Ադրբեջանը ստեղծվել է անցած դարի սկզբին, մինչ այդ ոչ մի փաստաթղթի մեջ Ադրբեջան չի եղել։ Իրենց նպատակը ոչ թե մեզ հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրն է, այլ մեզնից մեր պատմությունը յուրացնելն է, ինչին մեր ղեկավարությունը գնում է»,- նշել է նախկին նախարարը։
Արշակ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, թե Անկախության հռչակագիրը պատերազմի առիթ է Ադրբեջանի համար։ «Եվ ինչքան պետք է վախենանք։ Հարց են տալիս, ասում է՝ եկեք հասկանանք, մեզ ինչի չեն սիրում և փոխվենք։ Մեր զինանշանի վրա Մասիս սարն է, մեր եռագույնը թուրքերին դուր չի գալիս, մեր պատմությունը թուրքերին դուր չի գալիս, եկեք փոխվենք։ Մենք ապրել ենք Օսմանյան կայսրության ժամանակ և եղել ենք նրանց քաղաքացին։ Ոչ զինանշան ենք ունեցել, ոչ եռագույն ենք ունեցել, նույնիսկ զենք կրելու իրավունք չենք ունեցել, բա ինչո՞ւ մեզ 1915 թվին սկսեցին կոտորել»,- նշել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
