Թուրքիայում հայերի երեխաները դպրոց կհաճախեն առանց «ազգային ծածկագրի»

Թուրքիայի ազգային կրթության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Նաբի Ավջըի նոր որոշմամբ վերացվել է երկրում ոչ մահմեդականներին պատկանող դպրոցներում երեխաների ընդունման համար «գաղտնի ծածկագրի» սկզբունքի կիրառումը: Այսուհետ ոչ մահմեդական երեխաները կկարողանան ազգային փոքրամասնությունների դպրոցներ ընդունվել միայն տվյալ կրթական հաստատության տնօրենի որոշմամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականը:

Նման որոշում կայացվել է, երբ Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի՝ Ստամբուլից ընտրված հայազգի պատգամավոր Գարո Պայլանը մեջլիսի նստաշրջանի բացման ժամանակ հանդիպել է կրթության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Նաբի Ավջըին՝ նշելով, որ խնդրի կարգավորման համար օրենսդրական նոր կարգավորման անհրաժեշտություն չկա, և բավական է միայն նախարարի ընդունած որոշումը:

«Պետության կողմից «ազգային ծածկագրի» հարցը լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ էր կանգնեցնում: Երբեմն, անգամ երբ հայրն ու մայրն հայկական դպրոցներում էին սովորած լինում, ի հայտ էին գալիս փաստաթղթեր, որոնք թույլ չէին տալիս երեխաներին էլ տվյալ դպրոց հաճախել: Համայնքի թիվը զգալիորեն նվազել է, և քանի որ լավ պակասել ենք, բոլորս ճանաչում ենք մեկս մյուսին: Այդ պատճառով էր, որ պահանջեցինք խնդիրը թողնել համայնքներին և իրավասությունները հանձնել դպրոցի տնօրինությանը»,- նշել է Գարո Պայլանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նոր կարգավորման շնորհիվ հայերն արդեն ստիպված չեն լինի ամեն անգամ գնալ և ապացուցել իրենց հայ լինելը:

Թուրքիայի կրթության նախարարության Ստամբուլ քաղաքի բաժանմունքի տնօրենի օգնականներից մեկի ստորագրությամբ պաշտոնական գրության մեջ ասվում է, որ 1923 թ.-ից հետո Լոզանի պայմանագրով փոքրամասնություն ճանաչված ազգության քաղաքացիների ինքնության վկայականներում պետք է նշված լինի գաղտնի կոդ, որը հույների համար սահմանված է «1», հայերի համար' «2» եւ հրեաների համար' «3»:
