ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի կնքման համար վկայագրի «Հաշվեհամար» դաշտը սահմանվել է պարտադիր լրացման ենթակա. հայտարարություն

Հայաստանի ապահովագրողների բյուրոյից տեղեկացնում են, որ ապրիլի 1-ին, տեխնիկական հնարավորությունների ներդրման ապահովմամբ պայմանավորված, ուժի մեջ կմտնեն Հայաստանի Ավտոապահովագրողների բյուրոյի խորհրդի կողմից 2023 թ. ապրիլի 25-ի թիվ 14-Լ որոշմամբ հաստատված և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից 2023 թ. հունիսի 27-ին գրանցված՝ «ԱՊՊԱ ընդհանուր պայմաններ» RL 1-001 կանոններում (այսուհետ՝ Կանոններ) կատարված փոփոխությունները։
«Կանոններում կատարված փոփոխություններով ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի կնքման համար ԱՊՊԱ վկայագրի «Հաշվեհամար» դաշտը սահմանվել է պարտադիր լրացման ենթակա։ Համապատասխանաբար, սույն թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից սկսած՝ ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի կնքման համար ԱՊՊԱ վկայագրի «Հաշվեհամար» դաշտում անհրաժեշտ է լինելու պարտադիր լրացնել ապահովադրին պատկանող և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող բանկում բացված բանկային հաշվեհամարը։ Ընդ որում՝ ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիրն ապահովագրական ընկերության գլխամասային գրասենյակում կամ մասնաճյուղում կնքվելու և ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ապահովադրին վճարման ենթակա գումարներն ստանալու լիազորություններ պարունակող՝ նոտարական կարգով վավերացված լիազորագիր ներկայացվելու դեպքում պայմանագրում կարող է ապահովադրի փոխարեն լրացվել նրա կողմից լիազորված անձի բանկային հաշվեհամարը։
Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ հորդորում ենք բոլոր ավտոսեփականատերերին բանկային հաշիվ չունենալու դեպքում մինչև ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի կնքումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող որևէ բանկում բացել բանկային հաշիվ։
Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ Կանոնների համապատասխան փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո դրա ինկորպորացված տարբերակը կտեղադրվի Բյուրոյի ինտերնետային կայքի «Իրավական ակտեր» բաժնի «Բյուրոյի կանոններ» ենթաբաժնում»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։
