Ֆրանս-հայկական շոուն և Ռուսաստանի նյարդայնությունը

Այսօր Հայաստան է ժամանում Ֆրանսիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Սեբաստիան Լըքորնյուն, որն իր հետ, ըստ ֆրանսիական լրատվամիջոցների, նաև որոշակի սպառազինություն է բերելու։
Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին կնքված հայ-ֆրանսիական համաձայնագրից հետո Ֆրանսիան պարտավորվել էր Հայաստանին ռադարներ, զենիթահրթիռային համալիրներ և այլ սպառազինութուն ուղարկել։ Դեկտեմբերին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստան է ուղարկվել «Բաստիոն» զրահամեքենաներ, այժմ էլ ուղարկում են համապատասխան «ՋԻ ԷՄ 200» ռադարները։
Ընդհանրապես հայ-ֆրանսիական համագործակցությունն ավելի շատ շոուի է նմանվում, քան իրական ռազմական օգնության։ Մի կողմ թողնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ ֆրանսիական սպառազինությունը հայկական բանակի ներկայիս ունեցած սպառազինության հետ առանձնապես չի կարող համադրվել։ ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող սպառազինության դիմաց Հայաստանում ռուսական կամ խորհրդային արտադրության զինատեսակներ են, ուստի և դժվար թե Ֆրանսիան Հայաստան ուղարկեր գերճշգրիտ և լուրջ տեխնոլոգիաներ, ավելի շատ այնպիսի տեխնիկա, որը հնչեղ անուն կունենար, սակայն չի կարողանա իրականում օգնել Հայաստանին ամրապնդելու իր պաշտպանողունակությունը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ «կարմիր հագուստի և ցլերի» մասին հայտարարող փաշինյանական վարչախումբն այս քայլերով շարունակում է գրգռել Ռուսաստանին, իսկ արևմտյան մեդիան և քաղաքական շրջանակները Հայաստանը որպես հակառուսական նոր պլացդարմ են ընկալում և փորձում են փաշինյանական իշխանությանը ձգել իրենց կողմը՝ չմտածելով դրա հնարավոր հետևանքների մասին Հայաստանի համար, մինչդեռ հետևանքների մասին պետք է ոչ թե Արևմուտքը մտածեր, այլ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, որոնք էլ հակառուսական քարոզ են առաջ մղում։
Բնականաբար, պատահական չէ Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի երեկ արած հայտարարությունը, որը թեև վերաբերում էր Ուկրաինային, սակայն կարելի է նաև պրոյեկտել Հայաստանի և հարևան այլ երկրների վրա։ Մեդվեդևը հայտարարել է, թե Կիևը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի Ռուսաստանի հետ ընդհանուր պետությունում նորմալ կյանքի, կամ անվերջ պատերազմի միջև, ուստի և Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն այդ զգուշացումը պետք է ընդունեն նաև իրենց հասցեին, ի գիտություն վերցնեն այն։
