Пашинян: 21 тыс. граждан уже заявили, что сдают квартиры в аренду

В предвыборный период 2021 года мы обещали, что обеспечим ежегодный экономический рост в среднем на уровне 7%, и это очень амбициозная цифра. Об этом на заседании правительства 23 февраля заявил премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян.
«С учетом показателей 2021 года мы выполнили задачу по обеспечению ежегодного экономического роста в среднем на уровне 7%. В 2023 году мы обеспечили доходы бюджета в размере 2 трлн. 222 млрд. драмов. По сравнению с 2017 годом рост составил около 92%.
Мы не должны останавливаться на достигнутом, так как в стране все еще существует теневая экономика. В этом году мы ожидаем, что люди будут декларировать и платить налоги при аренде квартир. 21 тыс. граждан уже заявили, что сдают квартиры в аренду», – отметил он.
Председатель Комитета государственных доходов Рустам Бадасян добавил, что 15,3 тыс. граждан подали около 21 тыс. заявлений. Он отметил, что более 90% из них не подавали подобное заявление в предыдущие годы.
