Այսօր տարածված տեղեկության համաձայն,  Արմեն Նազարյանն ազատվել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնից։ Այդ մասին այսօր որոշում է ստորագրել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության e-gov.am հարթակից։ Ընդամենը երեկ էլ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ ձերբակալվել է Առողջապահական տեսչական մարմնի (ԱԱՏՄ) բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման վերահսկողության վարչության պետ Քրիստինա Աբրահամյանը: Քրիստինա Աբրահամյանը մեղադրվում է կաշառք ստանալու մեջ։

Ակնհայտ է, որ առողջապահության նախարարության գլխին մութ ամպեր են կուտակվում, սակայն դեռևս հարց է, թե որքանով այդ ամպերը կշոշափեն նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին: Վերջին շրջանում արդեն մեկ կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի ականատեսն ենք եղել, որի արդյունքում պաշտոնից ազատվեցին, այնուհետև կալանավորվեցին էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարարն ու նախարարը: Ընդ որում, այն ժամանակ էլ առաջինը պաշտոնից հեռացվել էր հենց փոխնախարար Անի Իսպիրյանը:

Ամեն բան էլ ավելի հետաքրքիր է դառնում, երբ ծանոթանում ենք Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի կողմից հանրայնացված առողջապահության նախարարությունում 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեի ինն ամիսների կատարման հաշվեքննության արդյունքներին: Հաշվեքննությունն ընդգրկող ժամանակաշրջանը 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ն է, իսկ հաշվեքննությունը կատարվել է  2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2024 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը ներառյալ: Այսպիսով, պարզվում է՝ նախարարությունը պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բժշկական օգնության ու սպասարկման ծառայությունները ձեռք է բերել իրավական-մեթոդաբանական հիմնավորումներ չունեցող գներով:  Բացի այդ,  մասնագիտությամբ իրավաբան նախարարն սկսել է պարտվել դատարաններում, ինչը լրացուցիչ անգամ նրա նկատմամբ լարվածություն է առաջացրել: Վերջին թարմ օրինակը «Թոքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն»-ի տնօրենի դեպքն է, եւ կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արտակ Մանուկյանը պետք է վերականգնվի այդ պաշտոնին, այսինքն՝ նախարարը պարտվել է դատարանում։ Մինչ այդ Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանն էր հաղթել նախարարին եւ վերականգնվել Առողջապահության նախարարության պետական առողջապահական գործակալության պետի պաշտոնում։ Ստացվում է՝ իրավաբան-նախարարը չի կարողանում այնպիսի որոշումներ կայացնել, որոնց համար հետագայում չհայտնվի դատարաններում։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջին շրջանում որոշել է սեփական ռեյտինգը բարձրացնելու նպատակով զոհաբերել թիմակիցներին՝ չի բացառվում, որ հաջորդը թիրախում հայտնվի հենց առողջապահության նախարարը: Հիմքերը, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, բավարար են...
