Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 24-ին, ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի մեկնարկի երկրորդ տարելիցն է։
Այս ռազմական առճակատումը դարձել է Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև հակամարտության նոր ու արյունալի փուլ, որը սկսվել է դեռևս 2014 թվականին։

2022 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարեց Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի անկախությունը ճանաչելու մասին։ 

Դրանից երկու օր անց՝ փետրվարի 24-ին, Ռուսաստանն Ուկրաինայում սկսեց ռազմական օպերացիա․ Պուտինն այդ գործողությունները պաշտոնապես անվանեց «հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն»։
Պատերազմի օրերին ռուսական բանակը հարձակում սկսեց Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաք Կիևի և մի շարք այլ խոշոր քաղաքների, բնակավայրերի վրա։

Ռազմական գործողություններից ամիսներ անց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը հայտարարեց Ուկրաինայի չորս շրջանների՝ Դոնեցկի, Լուգանսկի, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի միացման մասին՝ իբրև ՌԴ նոր տարածաշրջաններ։

Կողմերի դիվանագիտական ջանքերը, այդ թվում՝ Ստամբուլում կայացած բանակցությունները, ոչ մի արդյունք չտվեցին։ Այս պահին Մոսկվան ու Կիևը զրոյական շփում ունեն դիվանագիտական մակարդակով, իսկ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Զելենսկին պաշտոնապես և օրենքով ամրագրել է Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցություններում իր մասնակցության բացառումը։

Զուգահեռաբար տարբեր երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ Չինաստանը, խաղաղության իրենց բանաձևերն են ներկայացրել կողմերին, որոնք, որպես կանոն, մերժել է Ուկրաինան։ Կիևը հայտարարել է, որ դրանք ի շահ Ռուսաստանի են, իսկ որպես բանակցությունների վերսկսման նախապայման՝ Զելենսկին նշել է ռուսական զորքերի դուրս բերումը Ուկրաինայում վերահսկողություն հաստատած տարածքներից։
Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի երկու տարվա ընթացքում կողմերը կրել են ահռելի կորուստներ՝ հարյուր հազարավոր զոհեր, վիրավորներ, փախստականներ, ավերվել են քաղաքներ ու բնակավայրեր, ոչնչացվել է բազմաքանակ ռազմական տեխնիկա և այլն։

Պատերազմի ընթացքում հավաքական Արևմուտքն ու միասնական Եվրոպան բազմաթիվ ու խոշոր պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանել Ռուսաստանի դեմ, ՄՔԴ-ն ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ձերբակալելու օրդեր է տվել, միջազգային ազդեցիկ հարթակներում ընդունվել են մի շարք հակառուսական դատապարտող բանաձևեր և այլն։ Տարբեր հեղինակավոր կազմակերպություններ լքել են Ռուսաստանն ու ռուսական շուկան, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ-ում ապրող և գործող ռուսաստանցի գործարարները։

Ռուսաստանցի և դաշնությունում ապրող մի շարք գործիչներ դատապարտել են երկրի իշխանությունների գործողություններն ու պատերազմն Ուկրաինայում, ինչի հետևանքով հայտնվել են պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի սև ցուցակում և ճանաչվել օտարերկրյա գործակալ, ծայրահեղական ու ահաբեկիչ, հայտնվել միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ և այլն։ 

Ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության երկրորդ տարելիցը նույնպես նշանավորվել է հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների մեծ տարափով, որոնց մասին հայտարարել են ԱՄՆ-ն, Կանադան, ԵՄ-ն, Ավստրալիան և այլն։

Կրեմլում, սակայն, պնդում են, որ այդ պատժամիջոցներն իրենց ավելի ուժեղ են դարձրել, դրանից Ռուսաստանը պատվով է դուրս եկել և ավելի հզորացրել կապերը բարեկամ երկրների հետ՝ ընդյալնելով ներքին ու արտաքին շուկան։
