Спустя неделю после увольнения Вагана Керобяна с должности министра экономики, нового кандидата на пост министра экономики до сих пор нет. В прессе упоминается несколько имен, которые могут занять эту должность, однако в «Гражданском договоре» и особенно в правящем силовом ведомстве пока не смогли определиться.

Накануне распространилась информация о том, что эту должность может занять член (министр) коллегии промышленности и агропромышленному комплексу Евразийской экономической комиссии Артак Камалян. Последний сразу опроверг упомянутую информацию, исключив, что его могут назначить на должность министра.

По некоторым данным, обсуждается также кандидатура Артема Смбатяна, освобожденного от должности заместителя председателя Комитета по госдоходам. Эти сообщения обострились особенно после его вчерашнего отстранения от должности. У Смбатяна достаточно теплые отношения с представителями правящей власти, и без новой должности его точно не оставят.

В «Гражданском договоре» пока неизвестно, кого Пашинян намерен назначить министром. Они даже не хотят обсуждать кандидатуру кого-либо из действующих заместителей министра, понимая, что у них недостаточно влияния и профессиональных навыков, чтобы занять должность министра.

По словам нашего источника в «Гражданском договоре», ясность в вопросе назначения на должность министра появится в ближайшие день-два, после чего и состоится назначение. После назначения министром экономики, Пашинян уже приступит к чисткам в других госструктурах. Уже несколько министров ждут своей очереди на увольнение.
