Երկու անձի դանակահարություն Լոռիում. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

2016 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին` ժամը 23:35 և 23:37-ին, «Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության Թումանյանի բաժին հաղորդումներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի թափանցող, ձախ բազուկի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վերքերով և կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վերքով իրենց մոտ են ընդունվել համապատասխանաբար Թումանյան քաղաքի բնակիչներ, 1985 թ.ծնված Հրաչ Մովսեսյանն ու 1960 թվականին ծնված Ռոբերտ Հովսեփյանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը, դեպքի առթիվ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Հ.Մովսեսյանը և Ռ.Հովսեփյանը ճանաչվել են որպես տուժողներ։
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Քննության արդյունքներով՝ նշված երկու անձանց կտրող-ծակող առարկայով մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու կասկածանքով 2016 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին ձերբակալվել է Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ, 1981թ. ծնված Բարխուդարյանը։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքների պարզաբանման համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։
