Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը Արմավիրի մարզի 5 համայնքում սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերով խախտումներ է արձանագրել

«Հետք»-ը գրում է․ «Արմավիրի մարզի 5 համայնքապետարաններում «ՀՀ մարզերին սուբվենցիաների տրամադրում՝ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման նպատակով» միջոցառման շրջանակում Ֆինանսների նախարարության բյուջետային վերահսկողության վարչության կողմից 2023թ. իրականացվել են ստուգումներ: Արձանագրվել են մոտ 56 մլն 411 հազ. դրամի խախտումներ, ինչից 28 մլն 441 դրամը ենթակա է վերականգման:
Արմավիրի մարզպետի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության, հողաշինության և ենթակառուցվածքների կառավարման վարչության պետի պարտականությունները կատարող Խորեն Սարուխանյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ վերականգնման ենթակա գումարներից մոտ 13 մլն 649 հազ. դրամը վերադարձվելու է պետական բյուջե, իսկ 14 մլն 792 հազ. դրամը՝ համապատասխան համայնքային բյուջեներ:
Գումարային տեսանկյունից ամենախոշոր խախտումներն արձանագրվել են Փարաքարի համայնքապետարանում: Ստուգման ենթարկված 4 սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերի գծով արձանագրվել են 36 մլն 735 հազ. դրամի խախտումներ: Վերադարձման ենթակա է մոտ 9 մլն դրամը»:
