Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեկ՝ փետրվարի 24-ին, ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին է դիմել Երևանում բնակվող 61-ամյա Շաքար Ե․-ն և հայտնել, որ փետրվար ամսվա առաջին օրերին անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք օգտվելով իր տանը չբնակվելու հանգամանքից, մտել են Մովսես գյուղում գտնվող իր տուն և կատարել գողություն։

Մինչ քրեագետը դեպքի վայրում աշխատանքներ էր կատարում Տավուշի մարզի ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով պարզում են դեպքի որոշ հանգամանքներ և գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին են բերման ենթարկում Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչներ 23-ամյա Արմեն Ա․-ին և 35-ամյա Աշոտ Ա․-ին։

Վերջիններս խոստովանում են, որ իրենք են մտել նշված տուն, տանը կից շինության պատուհանին դրված քարի տակից վերցրել են նկուղի բանալիները, ապա մտել առաջին հարկի նկուղ և այնտեղից գողացել տարբեր տարողությամբ շուրջ 230 լիտր օղի, 1 հատ բենզինով աշխատող սղոց, 25 հատ մսի պահածոներ, 1 հատ այրիչ (գարելկա), խոհանոցային դանակների հավաքածու, երկրորդ նկուղից գողացել են տեսաձայնագրման «DVR» համակարգը, բակից գողացել են 1 հատ տեսանկարահանող սարքը, ինչպես նաև բանալիով դուռը բացելու միջոցով մուտք են գործել տուն, խառնել տան իրերը և գողացել 1 հատ մազ կտրելու էլեկտրական սարք։
