Երևանի «Գոյ» թատրոնն արդեն միացրել են Գ.Սունդուկյանի անվան մայր թատրոնին, ինչին առ այսօր դեմ են «Գոյ» թատրոնի ղեկավարությունն ու դերասանական անձնակազմը։

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում  «Գոյ» թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, ռեժիսոր Արթուր Սահակյանն ասաց, որ իրենց թատրոնից որևէ մեկը չի ներկայացել ու Սունդուկյան թատրոնին միանալու վերաբերյալ որևէ թուղթ չի ստորագրել։

«Ներքին կարգով, ես չգիտեմ՝ իրենք ինչ են արել, հավանաբար մեր ստորագրությունները կեղծել և ներկայացրել են պետռեգիստր, որն էլ «Գոյ» թատրոնը մեջտեղից հանել է՝ գոյությունը դադարեցրել է։

Հիմա Սունդուկյան թատրոնից նամակներ է գալիս, թե՝ ձեր անձնական տվյալները տրամադրեք, որ մենք ձեզ աշխատավարձ տանք։ Բայց եթե մեր թատրոնի հանձնում-ընդունումն արել են, նշանակում է՝ մեր տվյալներն ու ամեն ինչն իրենց մոտ է, մեզանից ինչո՞ւ են ուզում։

Հիմա, քանի որ ամեն ինչ օրինական չի եղել, և այդ ամենը ֆեյք է, ինչպես մեր կառավարությունն է, իրենք ընկել են անձնական տվյալներ են ուզում։ Պատասխանել ենք, որ տալու բան չունենք, եթե թատրոնն ընդունել եք, նշանակում է մեր տվյալներն էլ ունեք»,- նշեց Արթուր Սահակյանը։

Ըստ Արթուր Սահակյանի՝ այս պահին որևէ ներկայացում չեն խաղում, քանի որ պետռեգիստրն իրենց հանել է գրանցումից՝ տոմսերը չեն կարող վաճառել։ Հիմա  սպասում են դատարանի որոշմանը։

«Սրանով նաև բողոքի ակցիա ենք անում՝ ասելով, որ մենք Սունդուկյանին չենք միանալու։

Դատական գործընթացն ընթացքի մեջ է, վարչական դատարանն ընդունել է  վարույթ։ Այսինքն՝ կառավարության որոշմանը նպաստող բոլոր գործողությունները սառեցվում են մինչև դատարանի որոշում կայացնելը։ Վարչական դատարանը մի անգամ մեր գործն ուղարկեց քաղաքացիական դատարան՝ համարելով, որ դա իր գործը չէ։ Թե հիմա ինչ կանեն, ինչ մանիպուլյացիաների կդիմեն, չեմ կարող ասել։ Հույս ունենք, որ արդարադատություն կա, բայց արդարադատությունը մեզ հիշեցնում է այն բանը՝ «թե կա՞ տենց դատավոր, որ իմ ասածը չանի»։ Մի խոսքով՝ ուրախ եմ, որ գոնե այս ամենը բացահայտվում է»,- շեշտեց Արթուր Սահակյանը։

Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, եթե իրենց դեմ ուզուրպացիայի գործընթացները դադարեցվեն, ճիշտ է՝ պետռեգիստրում չկան, բայց ակցիաներով ներկայացումներ կխաղան։

«Տարբերակներ շատ կան, մտածում ենք, մտել ենք դատերի մեջ ու սպասում ենք՝ ինչ կլինի։ Այս հարցը պետք է լուծվի, այն, ինչ իրենք ծրագրել են, չի լինելու, երաշխավորում եմ»,- եզրափակեց Արթուր Սահակյանը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ նախորդ  տարվա գարնանը Կառավարության հերթական նիստից հետո հայտնի դարձավ, որ որոշել են «Արմեն Մազմանյանի անվան բեմարվեստի ազգային փորձարարական «Գոյ» կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունը միավորել Գաբրիել Սունդուկյանի անվան ակադեմիական թատրոնին։ Այս հարցը մեծ դժգոհություններ առաջացրեց «Գոյ» թատրոնում, արդյունքում՝ թատրոնը որոշեց դատական կարգով վիճարկել հարցը։
