SHAMSHYAN.com-ը փետրվարի 15-ին լուր էր հրապարակել Վանաձորում համատիրության աշխատակցի կողմից համատիրության նախագահից խոշոր չափի գումար շորթելու մասին։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ նշված դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է նաև, որ այդ տղամարդը նաև սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություն է կատարել։
Պարզվել է, որ նա Վանաձորում գտնվող համատիրության գրասենյակում սպանության սպառնալիքներ տալով համատիրության նախագահի կամքին հակառակ նրա հետ ունեցել է սեռական հարաբերություն։
Նշված արարքի մասին Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 198 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով։
Նշված անձի վերաբերյալ մեկ այլ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել նաև ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 254 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որտեղ ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների, այդ տղամարդը նշված համատիրությունից գողացել է մոտ կես միլիոն դրամ արժողության շինարարական գործիքներ և շինանյութ։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնում շորթում կատարելու հատկանիշներով փաստաթղթեր էին կազմվել։ Ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքում գործող համատիրություններից մեկի նախագահը կատարում է չարաշահումներ։
