Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստին կներկայացվեն նոր միջնորդություններ

Վ. Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստին Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպանները հանդես կգան նոր միջնորդություններով: Մինչ դատաքննության մեկնարկը դատարանից ժամանակ պահանջելու առաջարկը հենց այդ միջնորդությունները և, ընդհանրապես.  դատաքննական փուլին  պատրաստվելու նպատակն ուներ: Այս մասին դատի ավարտից հետո ն շեց փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը: «Մենք ունենք շատ կարևոր միջնորդություն, որը պետք է ներկայացվի մինչև դատաքննության սկիզբը:Դա է պատճառը որ մենք միջնորդեցինք, որ դատարանը դատաքննությունը դեռևս չսկսած մեզ հնարավորություն տա միջնորդութուն ներկայացնելու և հաջորդ նիստին մենք կներկայացնենք դա: Այս պահին չեմ կարող այդ միջնորդությունը բարձրաձայնել, բայց ասեմ, որ  կապված է որոշակի փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման հետ: Ես մեծ հույս ունեմ, որ գոնե այս միջնորդությունները պետք է բավարարվեն»,-նշեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը:

 Անդրադառնալով դատավորի կողմից Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպաների ներկայացրած բոլոր միջնորդությունների մերժմանը՝ Լուսինե Սահակյանը կարևորեց այդ բոլոր միջնորդությունները:  «Այն միջնորդությունները, որ մենք ներկայացրել էինք, դատարանի համար դիտարկվել են որպես տեխնիկական խնդիրներ, չնայած մեր համար դա այդպես չէր: Սակայն  այն միջնորդությունները, որ ներկայացվում են, էական նշանակություն ունեն գործի համար, և եթե դատարանը այդ միջնորդությունը չբավարարի, դա կնշանակի, որ դատարանը չի ուզում, որ իրական և օբյեկտիվ ար դարադատություն իրականացվի»,-նշեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ դատավորը հաջորդ դատին ավելի անկաշկանդ կլինի։
