Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է «Մեդիքալ» ընկերության (HYEBRID Technologies) անվանական,
արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման մեկնարկը: Փետրվարի 27-ից ապրիլի 26-ն ընկած
ժամանակահատվածում կտեղաբաշխվի 100 մլն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմս՝ 10.000 ՀՀ դրամ
անվանական արժեքով, 13 % արժեկտրոնի տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ և արժեկտրոնի վճարման
կիսամյակային պարբերականությամբ:


Կոնվերս Բանկի Ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գրիգորի Զաքարյանն ասել է. «Լինելով սոցիալապես
պատասխանատու կառույց՝ Բանկը Հայբրիդի հետ համագործակցությունը դիտարկում է ո՛չ միայն որպես
ներդրումային նոր փորձառություն: Սա հնարավորություն է մասնակցելու մի ընկերության զարգացմանը, որի
նպատակն է բարելավել մարդկանց, այդ թվում՝ պատերազմի արդյունքում վնասվածքներ ստացած զինվորների կյանքի որակը: «Մեդիքալ»-ի պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումից հետո՝ այս տարի կլինեն ևս մի քանի ընկերությունների արժեթղթերի թողարկումներ, որոնք, վստահ եմ, կհետաքրքրեն և պահանջարկ կունենան ներդրողների շրջանում»:


«Մեդիքալ» ՍՊԸ-ի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Խաչատրյանը նշել է գործընթացի կարևորությունը թե
ընկերության հետագա զարգացման, թե սոցիալական բաղադրիչի տեսանկյունից. «Հայբրիդի առաքելության
հիմքում ընկած է լազերային աճեցման հեղափոխական, նորագույն տեխնոլոգիան, որը թույլ է տալիս անհատական օրթոպեդիկ իմպլանտների արտադրության ոլորտում հասնել առավելագույն ճշգրտության, արագության և արդյունավետության: Ընկերության շահառուների զգալի մասը պատերազմի մասնակից հերոսներն են: Մենք հանձն ենք առել փոխելու բոլոր այն մարդկանց կյանքի որակը, ովքեր ունեն դրա կարիքը»:


Կոնվերս Բանկը հիմնադրվել է 1993թ. և մատուցում է ունիվերսալ բանկային ծառայություններ: ՀՀ բանկային
համակարգի առաջատարներից է պարտատոմսերի թողարկման ծավալով: 2017թ-ից ի վեր Բանկը թողարկել է մոտ 41.6 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք ընդհանուր ծավալով դրամային և արտարժութային պարտատոմսեր, իսկ ներկա պահին Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում շրջանառվում է մոտ 19.7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք ընդհանուր ծավալով դրամային և արտարժութային պարտատոմսեր:


«Մեդիքալ» ՍՊԸ-ն հիմնադրվել է 2020թ-ին։ Ընկերությունն ունի գործունեության 2 հիմնական
ճյուղ՝ անհատական իմպլանտների արտադրություն նորագույն 3D տեխնոլոգիաներով և բժշկական
սարքավորումների ներմուծում, վաճառք:


Պարտատոմսերի թողարկումից ներգրավված միջոցներն ուղղվելու են հիմնական միջոցների և հումքի, նյութերի ձեռքբերմանը, ինչպես նաև անհատական իմպլանտների գիտափորձարարական զարգացմանը:
