Որ դեպքում արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողները չեն հարկվի․ նախագիծ

Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում ՊԵԿ-ը ներկայացրել է հարկային օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նոր նախագծը։ Նշենք, որ այն վերաբերվում է արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների համար կիրառվող հարկային քաղաքականությանը․
«Առաջարկվում է սահմանել, որ ՀՀ ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձանց ՀՀ-ից դուրս գտնվող աղբյուրներից աշխատանքային կամ աշխատանքների կատարման և (կամ) ծառայությունների մատուցման քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրերի շրջանակում ստացվող եկամուտները չեն համարվում եկամտային հարկով հարկման օբյեկտ, եթե ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից հաշվետու տարվա ընթացքում ՀՀ-ից դուրս ստացված նշված եկամուտները չեն գերազանցում 12 միլիոն դրամը»,- ասվում է նախագծի մեջ։
Նախագծով ընդգծվում է նաև, որ այս կարգավորումը չի վերաբերվում այն ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձանց, որոնք հիշյալ եկամուտները ստացել են հեռավար եղանակով՝ ՀՀ տարածքում աշխատանքների կատարման կամ ծառայությունների մատուցման դիմաց, ինչպես նաև այն ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր համապատասխան եկամուտները ստացել են կառավարության սահմանած հարկման հատուկ ազատական համակարգեր ունեցող երկրներում։
Սույն օրենքն ուժի մեջ կմտնի պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից և կկիրառվի 2020-2023 թվականների հաշվետու տարիների համար։
