«Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ում դատապարտյալները կրկին հացադուլ են հայտարարել

«Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ում արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ մթնոլորտը չի խաղաղվում․ հացադուլների, ինքնավնասման և բողոքի արտահայտման այլ ձևերի շարք է սկսվել՝ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով։ Այս անգամ հացադուլ է հայտարարել ՔԿՀ-ում պահվող 53 անձ։
ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Նոնա Նավիկյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է, որ փետրվարի 27-ին «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժ կրող 53 դատապարտյալ հայտարարել է հացադուլ՝ որպես հացադուլի պատճառ ներկայացնելով պահման պայմանները։ Իրականում, սակայն, պահանջներն այլ են, Նավիկյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ անօրինական։ Մասնավորապես, պահանջում են բաց պահել սննդի փոխանցման դռնակը, ապահովել խցից խուց միմյանց իրեր փոխանցելը, քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների ներքին կանոնակարգով արգելված քաղաքացիական հագուստ կրելը։
Նույն ՔԿՀ-ում ավելի վաղ 30 կալանավորված անձ և դատապարտյալ էին հացադուլ իրականացրել, երեք դատապարտյալ հայտարարել էին ինքնավնասման մասին, որոնցից մեկն ածելիով ձեռքն էր վնասել, մյուսը՝ երկաթյա օղակ կուլ տվել։ Այս բողոքի պատճառը եղել է, այսպես ասած, մաքրման աշխատանքները, որով հայտնաբերվել են արգելված իրեր։
Բացի այդ, օրերս հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ նույն ՔԿՀ-ում դատապարտյալը կարել է բերանը՝ պահանջելով իրեն տեղափոխել այլ ՔԿՀ։ ՔԿԾ-ից հայտնեցին, որ վերջինս օրեր արդեն տեղափոխվել է։ Մեկ այլ անձ, որը կրկին բերանն էր կարել, բողոքում էր քրեական գործով քննությունից։
