Հայաստանի և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության դիմակայությունը մտնում է չափազանց վտանգավոր փուլ։ Երեկ խորհրդարանում Կառավարության հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի բացառել, որ Հայաստանը կարող է դեյուրե սառեցնել անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին։ «Մենք հարց ենք տվել՝ ո՞րն է ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության գոտին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և մինչև այսօր պատասխան չենք ստացել՝ ի՞նչ սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծվում։ ՀԱՊԿ-ը փոխանակ կատարելու Հայաստանի հանդեպ իր պարտավորությունները, ընդհակառակն անվտանգային խնդիրներ է առաջացնում Հայաստանի համար»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։
 
Ըստ էության, գործող իշխանությունների՝ վերջին օրերի հայտարարություններն ակնհայտորեն վկայում են, որ նրանք այլևս հատել են անդառնալիության կետը և մտադիր չեն հանդարտվել, դրա համար շարունակելու են մինչև վերջնականապես փչացնեն Ռուսաստանի և անվտանգային կազմակերպության հետ հարաբերությունները։
 
Ինչպես և սպասելի էր, Ռուսաստանից երեկ արձագանքել են: ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին համարում է լիիրավ անդամ, չնայած Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին։ Ռուսաստանը նաև ոչ բայրացակամ վարքագծի դրսևորում է անվանել ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հայտարարությունը «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից ռուս սահմանապահներին հանելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։
 
Ռուսական կողմի այս արձագանքներն ու հայտարարությունները մեծամասամբ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին ամենևին չեն մտահոգում, նրանք շարունակում են իրենց քայլերը, իրենց իսկ տրամաբանության շրջանակներում։ Պարզվել է, որ երեկ ԱԳՆ-ն նույնիսկ բողոքի նոտա է հղել Ռուսաստանին՝ դժգոհելով ռուսաստանյան հեռուստատեսություններում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հասցեին հերթական քննադատության համար։
