Գորիսում 3 անձի սպանության փորձի համար քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 38-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ

Պարզվել են 2024թ․ փետրվարի 2-ին Գորիս քաղաքում երեք անձի նկատմամբ կատարված հրազենով մահափորձի դեպքի էական հանգամանքներ
Մասնավորապես, Ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում նշված օրը հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ ժամը 12:10-ի սահմաններում Գորիս քաղաքի սրտաբանական հիվանդանոցի դիմաց տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, ինչից հետո մեկ անձ հրազենային վնասվածքով տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց։
Դեպքի առիթվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում կտարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է կրակված 5 պարկուճ, որից 2-ը մարտական փամփուշտի, 3-ը` գազային ատրճանակի:
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով պարզվել է, որ Գորիսի 40-ամյա բնակչի նկատմամբ առերևույթ սպանության փորձ է կատարել վերջինիս համաքաղաքացին, ով նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ կրակոցներ է արձակել նաև 40-ամյա տղամարդու երկու եղբայրների ուղղությամբ։
Մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ 38-ամյա տղամարդը, քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել հրազեն հանդիսացող «AK-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, ապօրինի կերպով պատրաստված «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ և ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող առնվազն 35՝ 5,45մմ և 9մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ:
Դրանք, 2024թ. փետրվարի 2-ին իր ավտոմեքենայով ապօրինի կերպով փոխադրել է Գորիս քաղաքի Երևանյան խճուղի-Խաղաղության փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկ, որտեղ նախկինում ունեցած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով, ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում իր ավտոմեքենայով փակել է 40-ամյա տղամարդու եղբոր վարած ՈւԱԶ մակնիշի մեքենայի ընթացքը և իրական վտանգ ստեղծելով ինչպես ՈւԱԶ-ի, այնպես էլ դրա հետևից ընթացող ՎԱԶ 21074 մակնիշի մեքենայի ուղևորների կյանքի ու առողջության համար, հատկապես ՈւԱԶ-ի վարորդին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, առնվազն 4 դիմահար կրակոց է արձակել նրա վարած մեքենայի ուղղությամբ`վնասելով այն:
Շարունակելով հանցավոր արարքները՝ տղամարդը մի քանի կրակոց էլ արձակել է ՈւԱԶ-ի վարորդի՝ արդեն մեքենաներից դուրս եկած եղբայրների ուղղությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում նրանցից մեկին պատճառվել է ձախ ազդրի հրազենային վնասվածք։
Մակարով տեսակի ատրճանակի փամփուշտները սպառվելուց հետո, 38-ամյա տղամարդը հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնելու դիտավորությամբ, մեքենայի սրահից վերցրել է այնտեղ ապօրինի պահած «AK-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգը։ Սակայն չի հասցրել դրանով կրակոցներ արձակել, քանի որ ՎԱԶ 21074-ի ուղևորները նրա ձեռքից այն խլել են, ինչից հետո վերջինս, դեպքի վայրում թողնելով մեքենան, դիմել է փախուստի։
Ձեռք բերված փաստերի հիման վրա միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին նրա նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով` 3 դրվագ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին, որը բավարարվել է։ Որոշում է կայացվել նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին։ Եվ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։
