Պեմզաշենում մոր և երկու երեխայի առանձնապես դաժան սպանության գործով մեղադրյալ Վրույր Բարսեղյանի պաշտպանը պահանջում է՝ փոխել ընտրված խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանավորումը։ «Դատալեքս» համակարգում առկա տեղեկության համաձայն՝ Վրույր Բարսեղյանի պաշտպանը վերաքննիչ բողոք է ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով բեկանել Բարսեղյանի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարացնելու մասին դատարանի որոշումը և որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրել տնային կալանքը, փոխանցում է «Փաստինֆո»-ն։
Բողոքը երեկ մակագրվել է Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Լուսինե Ալավերդյանին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին Շիրակի մարզի Պեմզաշեն գյուղում ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել։ Գյուղի տներից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է երեք դի։
Մահացածներն են՝ մայրը՝ 31-ամյա Զարինեն, ու նրա երկու երեխաները՝ 12 տարեկան դուստրը և 8 տարեկան որդին։ Իրավապահ մարմինները հայտնել էին, որ տան ննջասենյակի մեկտեղանի մահճակալին հայտնաբերվել է արական սեռի երեխայի դի՝ կրծքավանդակի հատվածում կտրած-ծակած վերքերով՝ ձեռքերը և ոտքերը կապած վիճակում, նույն ննջասենյակի հատակին հայտնաբերվել է իգական սեռի երեխայի դի՝ կրծքավանդակի հետին մակերեսին և որովայնի հատվածներում կտրած-ծակած վերքերով, իգական սեռի դի՝ որովայնի և կրծքավանդակի հատվածներում ու կրծքավանդակի հետին մակերեսին կտրած-ծակած վերքերով՝ ձեռքերը հետնամասում թելով կապված վիճակում: Դաժան սպանության կասկածանքով նոյեմբերի 12-ին ձերբակալվել էր Շիրակի մարզի 32-ամյա բնակիչը, որը ոստիկանությունում տվել է ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք, հաջորդ օրը ձերբակալվել է նաև հանցանքը ենթադրաբար կատարած երկրորդ անձը՝ 41-ամյա տղամարդ։
