Բեռլինում երեկ ավարտվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների երկօրյա հանդիպումը։ Կողմերը նույն բովանդակության հայտարարություն են տարածել, նշել են, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման վերաբերյալ երկկողմ համաձայնագրի նախագծի դրույթների տեսակետները։ Փոխադարձ համաձայնություն են հայտնել շարունակել բանակցությունները բաց հարցերի շուրջ։

Ըստ էության, Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանն արձանագրում են, որ որևէ առաջընթաց երկու օր տևած բանակցություններում չի գրանցվել։ Թերևս հնարավոր էլ չէր գրանցել և ուստի զարմանալի չէր, որ այս օրերին ավելի ու ավելի շատ են սրվում խոսակցությունները նոր պատերազմի հնարավորության մասին, ընդ որում փաշինյանական վարչախումբը սեփական մեղքերը հերթական անգամ ուրիշի վրա բարդելու մեթոդ է գտել և Ռուսաստանին մեղադրում է պայմանավորված պատերազմ հրահրելու մեջ, իսկ Բեռլինից թե՛ Բայրամովը, և թե՛ Արարատ Միրզոյանը մեկնել են Անթալիա, որտեղ այսօր մեկնարկելու է անվտանգության համաժողովը։

Երեկ Անթալիա է մեկնել նաև Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, որը հանդիպելու է Հաքքան Ֆիդանի հետ։ Առայժմ հայտնի չէ՝ արդյոք Լավրովը կհանդիպի՞ Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ, թե՝ ոչ։ Ամեն դեպքում, ըստ ՔՊ-ական մեր աղբյուրի, Միրզոյանին հանձնարարվել է հնարավորինս հեռու մնալ Սերգեյ Լավրովից, իսկ որևէ հանդիպման նրա հետ չհամաձայնվել և ընդհանրապես ցույց տալ ընդգծված թշնամական վերաբերմունք։ Չի բացառվում, որ ռուսական կողմը հերթական կոշտ քննադատությամբ հանդես գա Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հասցեին, նրանց անփառունակ պահվածքի պատճառով։
