Հայ-թուրքական սահմանը կբացվի երրորդ երկրի և դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցողների համար, իսկ հետագայում այս պրակտիկան կընդլայնվի Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար. այս մասին ասել է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գծով Թուրքիայի բանագնաց Սերդար Քըլըչը Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումում թեմատիկ քննարկման ժամանակ:
«Հայաստանից Թուրքիա, Թուրքիայից Հայաստան իրականացվում են չվերթներ, ինչը նշանակում է՝ երկու երկրի քաղաքացիների միջև կապ, երկխոսություն կա: Սահմանների բացումը միակ քայլը չէ, մենք այլ քայլեր էլ ենք ձեռնարկում իրավիճակի կարգավորման համար... Մենք բարենպաստ պայմաններ ենք ստեղծում Թուրքիայում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ապրելու համար», - ասել է Քըլըչը՝ հավելելով, որ վերջիններս անգամ ներդրումներ են անում Ստամբուլում:
«Այսինքն ջանքեր գործադրվում են, և երբ գա ժամանակը, սահմանի լիարժեք բացումը կնպաստի երկու ժողովրդի մերձեցմանը», - նշել է թուրք դիվանագետը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցությունների շարունակմանը զուգընթաց Թուրքիան անում է իրենից կախված հնարավոր ամեն ինչ:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ բանակցային արդյունքները պետք է դրական ազդեցություն ունենան երկու կողմի համար:
«Սակայն անհրաժեշտ է տարածաշրջանում պատասխանատվություն ցուցաբերել, հակառակ դեպքում ջանքերն ապարդյուն կլինեն, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ոչ մի արդյունք չի լինի... Պետք է դասեր քաղենք անցած երեսուն տարվա անհաջողություններից և դրանից հետո կարող ենք կենտրոնանալ դրական պահերի վրա: Եթե անցյալից դասեր չքաղենք, ամեն ինչ ապարդյուն է լինելու: Կայուն խաղաղության և անվտանգության հաստատման համար պետք է հաշվի առնել երեք երկրի վիճակը», - ասել է դիվանագետը:
Նա շեշտել է, որ գործընթացը բավականին բարդ է, հնարավոր չէ միանգամից արդյունքի հասնել:
«Կարծում եմ՝ կարելի է հաղթահարել որոշ տարաձայնություններ և շարունակել բանակցությունները, որոնել հարցերի լուծումը», - եզրափակել է Քըլըչը:
