Ոստիկանությունից հաղորդում են․
«Մարտի 4-ին, ժամը 16։12-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն զանգած քաղաքացին հայտնել էր, որ ինչ-որ անձինք Սևանի թերակղզում ծեծի են ենթարկում իրենց: Նշված վայր ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնից օպերատիվ խումբ, ինչպես նաև ՊԾ կարգախումբ են մեկնել:
Պարզվել է, որ թերակղզու Ձկնորսների փողոցում սևանցի երիտասարդների միջև վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք էր եղել, որի ընթացքում էլ 23-ամյա երիտասարդը դանակով հարվածել էր 32-ամյա համաքաղաքացու կրծքավանդակին: Ոստիկանները դանակահարված երիտասարդին տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց, իսկ 23-ամյա երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է:
Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնում հաջորդ հաղորդումը հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածի մորից էր. 63-ամյա կինը հայտնում էր, որ նույն վիճաբանության ժամանակ ձերբակալված 23-ամյա երիտասարդն ու 30-ամյա եղբայրը բռունցքներով խփել են իր դեմքին, գլխին, իսկ նրանցից մեկի ձեռքին եղած դանակը դիպել է իր ձեռքին և վնասել: Հաղորդում է տվել նաև 63-ամյա կնոջ 33-ամյա որդին. վերոհիշլալ եղբայրները ոտքերով ու բռունցքներով հարվածներ էին հասցրել իրեն՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ և մարմնական վնասվածք:
Սևանի բաժնի ոստիկանների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում եղբայրներից 30 տարեկանը նույնպես հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին, ապա ներկայացրել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին:
Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Եղբայրները տեղափոխվել են ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն»:
