ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալ Վիկտորյա Նուլանդը հրաժարական է տվել

ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունը հայտնել է, որ գերատեսչությունում իր կարգով երրորդ բարձրաստիճան ամերիկացի դիվանագետ Վիկտորյա Նուլանդը կլքի իր պաշտոնը մինչև ամսվա վերջ։ Պետքարտուղարության հայտարարության մեջ չի նշվում Նուլանդի հրաժարականի պատճառը։
Ինչպես նշում է BBC-ն, դիվանագետ Նուլանդը ծառայել է որպես Եվրոպայի հարցերով պետքարտուղարի օգնական՝ Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմում: Նա հրաժարական է տվել 2017-ին Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախագահ դառնալուց հետո՝ 2016-ին: Այնուհետև նա վերադարձել է որպես քաղաքական հարցերով պետքարտուղարի օգնական։
Համարվում էր, որ նա կփոխարինի Վենդի Շերմանին որպես պետքարտուղարի տեղակալ, և նույնիսկ Շերմանի հրաժարականից հետո յոթ ամիս ստանձնել էր վերջինիս պարտականությունները, բայց նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը, ի վերջո, գտավ մեկ ուրիշին այդ պաշտոնի համար:
Ներկայիս պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը բարձր է գնահատել Նուլանդի ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակի պետական ծառայությունը և շնորհակալություն հայտնել նրա դերի համար՝ վեց նախագահների և 10 պետքարտուղարների օրոք ամբողջ աշխարհում ԱՄՆ քաղաքականության ձևավորման գործում:
Ռուսաստանում Նուլանդին հիշում են «Պետդեպարտամենտի բլիթներով». 2013-ին Կիևում Մայդանի ժամանակ նա Ուկրաինայում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ջեֆրի Պյատի հետ այցելել էր ցուցարարների վրանային քաղաք, որտեղ ցուցարարներին բաժանել էր սենդվիչներ և բլիթներ: Դրանից հետո ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներում «Պետդեպարտամենտի բլիթներ» արտահայտությունը հաճախ է օգտագործվում՝ նկարագրելու ԱՄՆ աջակցությունը ցույցերին:
