Մի քանի օր է՝ լուրեր են պտտվում, թե ռուսական կողմը մտադիր է փակել Վերին Լարսի անցակետը հայկական բեռնատարների համար և այդպիսով պատժել ՀՀ իշխանություններին, իսկ արդյունքում՝ Հայաստանին ու հայ ժողովրդին։
Վերին Լարսում Հայաստանի մաքսային կցորդ Վահան Հակոբյանը, սակայն, Mediahub-ի հետ զրույցում վստահեցրեց, որ որևէ խնդիր չկա, Լարսը բաց է հայկական մեքենաների համար, և մեր բեռնատարներն անխոչընդոտ անցնում են։
«Տեղեկությունների հավանական ու հավաստի լինելու մասին կարող եմ ասել, որ ինչքան փորձել ենք հաստատում ստանալ ռուսական տարբեր ծառայություններից, ոչ մի հաստատում չենք ստացել, որ նման իրավիճակ կա։ Հակառակը, մեզ հավաստիացնում են, որ նման քննարկում չի եղել, և հայկական բեռների համար ոչ մի սահմանափակում այս պահի դրությամբ չկա։ Ես հիմա նորից Լարսում եմ, քիչ առաջ զրուցել եմ մաքսային ծառայության մեր գործընկերների հետ, և նորից ինձ հավաստիացրել են, որ ոչ մի խնդիր չկա։ Տեղում էլ ես տեսնում եմ, որ ոչ մի սահմանափակում չկա, մեր մեքենաները մտնում-դուրս են գալիս, ձևակերպումները շարունակվում են, և էս պահին ոչ մի սահմանափակում, ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չկա մեր բեռների համար»,- ասաց Վահան Հակոբյանը՝ զարմանալով, թե որտեղից են տարածվում այդ լուրերը։
Մեր դիտարկմանը, թե տեղեկություն կա, որ ֆիտոսանիտարիական ստուգման վճարի չափը ավելացրել են ռուսները, Հակոբյանն ասաց․ «Ճիշտն ասած՝ էդ մասով տեղեկություն չունեմ, թե ինչն է ավելացել, բայց բեռների ձևակերպումները նորմալ կատարվում են։ Երեկ բավականին ձևակերպումներ ենք ունեցել՝ միրգ-բանջարեղեն, շուտ փչացող ապրանքներ նորմալ մտել են, հետ վերադարձներ չունենք, այսինքն՝ այս պահի դրությամբ ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չկա»։
Նա նաև նշեց, որ երկարատև կուտակումներ էլ առանձնապես չկան, միայն ժամանակ առ ժամանակ, օրվա տարբեր ժամերի կարող է լինել հերթ՝ կախված այդ պահի ծանրաբեռնվածությունից։
