Կոնվերս Բանկի գործառնական դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Արթուր Մխիթարյանը մասնակցել է Կայուն զարգացում եւ ESG. միջազգային օրակարգ, տեղական կարիքներ» կոնֆերանսին:
Ելույթ ունենալով «Կայուն զարգացումը անկայուն միջավայրի պայմաններում» պանելային քննարկման ընթացքում՝ նա նշել է. «Այսօր ողջ աշխարհում առկա մարտահրավերները պահանջում են նորարար ու ոչ ստանդարտ որոշումներ ու լուծումներ, ճկունություն, ինչի շնորհիվ ապահովվում է բիզեսի ու հանրության կայուն զարգացումը: Քովիդի և հետքովիդյան շրջանում այսպիսի լուծումներից էին հեռավար աշխատանքի հնարավորությունը, թվայնացման տեմպերի արագացումը, հարթակների ստեղծումը, որոնց շնորհիվ ֆինանսների հասանելիություն ստացան անգամ հեռավոր բնակավայրերի բնակիչները: Եթե տարիներ առաջ այդ ամենը ոչ ստանդարտ լուծում էր, ապա այսօր մոբայլ բանկինգն ու հեռավար աշխատանքը շատերիս կյանքի անբաժանելի մասն է, իսկ թվային զարգացումը՝ օրակարգը»:
Արթուր Մխիթարյանի խոսքով, Կոնվերս Բանկն առկա մարտահրավերների պայմաններում որդեգրել է օպտիմալացման և թվայնացման ռազմավարություն, գործարկվել են ֆինանսավորման հարթակներ, զարգացվել է Մոբայլ հավելվածը, ինչի արդյունքում հաճախորդները հասանելիություն են ստացել ֆինանսական լայն գործիքակազմի թվային հարթակներում:
«Կոնվերս Բանկի պրոդուկտներն ու ծառայությունները հասանելի են բոլորին՝ անկախ, թե որտեղ են բնակվում, հաճախորդ են, թե ոչ, ինչ պահաջմունքներ ունեն, ֆիզիկական անձ են, թե բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներ»,- ասել է նա:
Նշվել է նաև, որ թվայնացման օրակարգը հրամայական է լինելու նաև առաջիկա տարիներին։ Բինզեսի, այդ թվում՝ ֆինանսական համակարգի համար առաջնային են շարունակելու մնալ սոցիալապես պատասխանատու ֆինանսավորումն ու միջազգային միտումները ճիշտ գնահատելու և համապատասխան տրանսֆորմացիաների ենթարկվելու ձգտումը:
