Ռազմաքաղաքական նո՛ր Դաշինքի մեջ
Հայկական բարձրավանդակում բնակվող հայերիս համար Հայաստանի արտաքին ռազմաքաղաքական համագործակցության բնական ուղին, ասել է թե՝ ճշմարիտ ճանապարհը, Հայաստանի ազնիվ ու հավատարիմ ռազմավարական դաշնակցությունն է Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի հետ։
Երբ հայատյաց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը գրեթե ամեն օր հայտարարում է Զանգեզուրի, Սևանի և Երևանի՝ ադրբեջանական տարածք լինելու և այդ տարածքների նկատմամբ հավակնություններ ունենալու, իսկ թշնամի Թուրքիայի իշխանությունն անընդհատ խոսում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքով» թուրքական աշխարհ կառուցելու մասին, Հայաստանի և Հայ ազգի անվտանգության ապահովումը դարձել է օրախնդիր-պահանջ:
Շրջապատված լինելով Ադրբեջան և Թուրքիա թշնամի պետություններով, զրկված լինելով զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ բավարար նյութատնտեսական ռեսուրսներից՝ Հայաստանն ու Հայ ազգն իրենց անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում պետք է ապավինեն Հայաստանի ու Հայ ազգի բնական ու ռազմավարական դաշնակից պետությունների՝ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի աջակցությանը:
Ուստի՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու Հայ ազգի անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու համար, ժա՛մ առաջ պետք է Ռազմաքաղաքական Նոր Դաշինք կնքի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանն ընդունելով որպես Հայաստանի համար ռազմաքաղաքական բնական դաշնակիցներ, իսկական բարեկամներ։
