Պարեկային ծառայությունում պաշտոնի նշանակման համար ընդունելություն-մրցույթի ստուգումները շարունակվում են։
Կանանց ներգրավվածությունը խթանելու նպատակով 368 մրցույթային տեղերի գերակշիռ մասը հատկացվել է կին դիմորդներին։Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից՝ նշելով, որ մարտի 5-ից ՆԳ նախարարության կրթահամալիրում մեկնարկել է ապագա պարեկների հարցազրույցի փուլը, որին մասնակցում են ֆիզիկական պատրաստականության և մասնագիտական պիտանելիության համապատասխանության համալիր ստուգման փուլերը հաղթահարած դիմորդները:Մարտի 7-ին կրթահամալիրում ստուգման փուլի ընթացքին էր հետևում ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արփինե Սարգսյանը։ՆԳ նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ լավարկվել են ոստիկանությունում ծառայության ընդունվելիս դիմորդներին ներկայացվող բժշկական և ֆիզիկական պահանջները։Վերանայման արդյունքում լուծվել են գործնականում օբյեկտիվորեն ծագած մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնց արդյունքում բարձրացել է կին դիմորդների դիմելիությունը։Ընթացիկ ստուգման փուլին կանանց ներկայացվածությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ թեկնածուների հասակին և քաշին ներկայացվող սահմանային շեմերի նվազեցման արդյունքում նրանցից շատերը կին պարեկների շարքերը համալրելու հնարավորություն են ստացել։
Հանձնաժողովներից յուրաքանչյուրը բաղկացած է վեց անդամից: Ընդգրկված են ՆԳ նախարարության և պետական կառավարման այլ համակարգերի, միջազգային կառույցների, ինչպես նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Հանձնաժողովների անդամների խոսքով՝ պարեկային ծառայություն ընդունելություն-մրցույթի շրջանակում հարցազրույցի անցկացման պրակտիկան ընդօրինակելի է, իսկ հարցուպատասխանի ձևաչափը՝ արդյունավետ։Հարցազրույցի միջոցով ստուգվում են դիմորդների բարեվարքությունը, ունկնդրելու և հաղորդակցության հմտությունները, կոնկրետ իրավիճակում որոշումներ կայացնելու ունակության, ինքնատիրապետման և այլ որակներ։Հոգեբանի խոսքով՝ հատկապես պարեկային ծառայության ոլորտում կարևորվում են անհատի պատասխանատվության զգացումը, կարգուկանոնի և հասարակության շահերը պաշտպանելու գործում կարողությունների ներդրումը, նաև թիմային կարողությունները։
Այս փուլում հաղորդակցման կարողությունների գնահատումը հնարավորություն է տալիս ընտրելու այնպիսի դիմորդների, որոնք արտաքին ծառայության ընթացքում տարբեր իրավիճակներում կկարողանան հասկանալ քաղաքացու հոգեբանությունը և կկիրառեն համապատասխան հմտություններ։
Ստուգման փուլին ներկայացած քաղաքացիական անձանցից բացի, թեկնածուների շարքում էր նաև ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման բաժանմունքի տեսուչ Աստղիկ Թորոսյանը. նա ոստիկանությունում շուրջ 11 տարվա ծառայության փորձ ունի:Ոստիկանական համակարգում ծառայության անցնելու երազանքի, համազգեստի հանդեպ համակրանքի և կին ոստիկանի դերի մասին խոսել է նաև Հայկուհի Հակոբջանյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ոստիկան լինելը կոչում է, որը պետք է պատվով կրել։Հարցազրույցի փուլը հաղթահարած դիմորդները ապրիլի 15-ից ՆԳՆ կրթահամալիրում 5-ամսյա ուսուցում կանցնեն։
