Ուկրաինայի հարցով բանակցությունների կոչերը վերջին շրջանում հանդիպում են Կիևի ռեժիմի կողմից կոշտ ժխտողականության: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Հռոմի Պապ Ֆրանցիսկոսի հայտարարությունները: Տեղեկությունը փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
Օրերս Շվեյցարական RSI հեռուստառադիոընկերությունը հատվածներ էր հրապարակել Հռոմի պապի առաջիկա հարցազրույցից, որտեղ նա հայտարարել էր, որ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունում պարտվող կողմը պետք է համարձակություն գտնի ընդունել դա և համաձայնել բանակցություններին՝ «ցույց տալ սպիտակ դրոշը»:
Այս խոսքերը շատերի կողմից ընկալվեցին որպես Կիևի կապիտուլյացիայի կոչ։ Ավելի ուշ Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դմիտրի Կուլեբան հրաժարվել է հետևել պապի խորհրդին և որևէ դրոշ բարձրացնել, բացի ուկրաինականից: Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, իր հերթին, նվաստացուցիչ է արտահայտվել քահանայապետի վերաբերյալ և նրա խոսքերն անվանել է «վիրտուալ միջնորդություն»:
«Որքան ես հասկանում եմ, պոնտիֆիկոսի արտահայտություններում ավելի լայն կոնտեքստ կար, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ այն միտքը, որ նա ասում էր, իհարկե, միանգամայն հնարավոր է հասկանալ, նա խոսում էր բանակցությունների օգտին։ Դուք գիտեք, որ մեր նախագահն էլ բազմիցս խոսել է մեր պատրաստակամության, մեր խնդիրները բանակցությունների միջոցով լուծելու բաց լինելու մասին, և դա նախընտրելի ճանապարհն է։ Բայց դուք գիտեք, որ, ցավոք, եւ պապի հայտարարությունները, եւ այլ կողմերի բազմիցս արված հայտարարությունները, այդ թվում նաեւ մեր հայտարարությունները, վերջին ժամանակներս բախվում են Կիեւի ռեժիմի կողմից բացարձակ կոշտ ժխտման, նրանք թույլ չեն տալիս որեւէ բանակցություններ վարել»,-ասել Է Պեսկովը։
Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը հավելել է, որ, մերժելով բանակցությունները, Ուկրաինան աջակցություն է ստանում եվրոպական շատ երկրների հավաստիացումներից, որոնք խոստանում են շարունակել անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը դատապարտի, ինչպես իրենք են կարծում, անխուսափելի ռազմավարական պարտության:
«Սա ամենախորը մոլորությունն է, ամենախորը սխալը։ Եվ իրադարձությունների զարգացման ընթացքը, առաջին հերթին մարտի դաշտում, ամենավառ կերպով վկայում է այդ մասին», — հստակեցրել է Պեսկովը։
