«Սահմանազատման գործընթացի շրջանակներում կլուծվի նաև Ադրբեջանի 4 էքսկլավային գյուղերի (Յուհարի Ասիփարա, Սոֆուլու, Բարխուդարլի եւ Քյարքի) ազատման հարցը, որոնք օկուպացրել է Հայաստանը»,- նշում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները։
ArmLur.am-ը զրուցեց քարտեզագետ Ռուբեն Գալչյանի հետ՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ գյուղերի մասին է խոսքը և ինչ կարելի է սպասել այս հայտարարությունից հետո։
«Խնդիրն այն է, որ իրենց ասաց 4 գյուղերը անկլավների մեջ են, որը Ադրբեջանին է տրվել ապօրինի կերպով, 4 գյուղերը դրանք են: Սահմանը անցնում է գյուղերի կողքով կամ գյուղի միջով, այդտեղի որոշ մասերը մեր հսկողության տակ են, որոշը՝ իրենց, իսկ ամենակարևորն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի ասում այն, որ 2021 թվականի մայիսից մինչև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերը Հայաստանի տարածքից ինքը ներխուժել և գրավել է 207 քմ տարածք, դրա մասին չի խոսվում: Ալիևը մեկ անգամ հայտարարեց, որ այն տարածքները, որոնք մենք գրավել ենք, մերն է, դրանք մեր բարձրունքներն են:
Ալիևի ասածն այն է, որ պետք է իր ասածները անենք, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքենք, իր ասածը դա է, ոչ թե բանակցելը այլ իրենց պահանջը կատարելը»:
