ՀԱՊԿ-ը Երևանից պաշտոնական հայտարարություն չի ստացել կազմակերպությանն անդամակցությունը կասեցնելու վերաբերյալ. Թասմաղամբետով

Երևանը վերջերին շրջանում չի մասնակցում Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) քարտուղարության աշխատանքներին, սակայն կազմակերպությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը կասեցնելու մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ չեն եղել։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Իմանղալի Թասմաղամբետովը։
«Երևանն իսկապես վերջերս չի մասնակցում ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության աշխատանքներին։ Սա Հայաստանի որոշումն է այս փուլում, և մենք՝ որպես միջազգային կազմակերպություն, հարգում ենք ինքնիշխան պետության ցանկացած որոշում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կազմակերպության գործունեությունը շարունակվում է ամբողջ ծավալով, բոլոր ընթացակարգերը պահպանվում են ՀԱՊԿ կանոնակարգային դաշտին ամբողջությամբ համապատասխան: Քարտուղարությունը պարբերաբար տեղեկացնում է Երևանի համապատասխան կառույցների ընդունած և ընդունվող որոշումների մասին։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնատար անձանց նշված հայտարարությունների առնչությամբ նշեմ, որ Երևանից քարտուղարությունը կազմակերպությանն անդամակցությունը կասեցնելու վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ չի ստացել», - ասել է Թասմաղամբետովը։
Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը France 24 հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում ասել էր, որ Երևանը սառեցրել է մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին՝ նշելով, որ կազմակերպությունը չի կատարել հանրապետության նկատմամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին 2021-ին և 2022-ին սրման ժամանակ։ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան շարունակում է շփումը Երևանի հետ՝ պարզաբանելու Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները։
