Եկեք բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցածի մասին ես շատ փակագծեր չբացեմ, որովհետև այնպես չէ, որ բանակցային սենյակում մթնոլորտը շատ պոզիտիվ է և մեկնաբանությունները կարող են եղած հնարավորը կամ պոզիտիվի պոտենցիալը նվազեցնել:
Այս մասին այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Անցյալ շրջանի մի դրվագի մասին խոսեմ, որը վերաբերում է 29 800 քկմ-ին: Երբ բանակցություններում խոսք գնաց, որ պետք է ճանաչել միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, Ադրբեջանը հայտարարում է, որ ճանաչում է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և տարածքային պահանջներ չունեն:
Ինչո՞ւ է շարունակվում այդ խոսակցությունը, մի պարզ պատճառով: Բրյուսելի բանակցային սենյակում այդ հարցը ծագեց՝ իսկ ի՞նչ նկատի ունի Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականություն ասելով: Ինչ նկատի ունի Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականություն ասելով:
Այս ընթացքում, է որ խոսակցությունը զարգացավ դեպի այն կետը, որ երևի կան օբյեկտիվ տվյալներ, և պետք է հղում անել այդ տվյալի վրա: Գաղափարն ընդհանուր առմամբ դիտարկելի էր, եւ քննարկելի էր: Մենք ասացինք՝ շատ լավ, բայց մի րոպե, ի՞նչ թիվ: Պատկերացրեք իրադրության լարումը, որ կողմերը պետք է ասեն՝ մեր երկրի տարածքը այսքան է»,- ասել է նա:
Ըստ Փաշինյանի հենց այդտեղ առաջացավ գաղափար, որ եկեք ուրեմն, հետո որ դուրս գանք, հայտարարենք այն թիվը, որը ֆիքսված է խորհրդային հանրագիտարանների վերջին հրատարակության մեջ:
«Այդ տվյալները փոխանցվեցին ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահին և նա այդ թվերը հրապարակեց: Հետո պարզվեց, որ 29 800 թիվը կլորացրած է և տեքստի մեջ կա ուրիշ թիվ՝ 29 743 քկմ: Այդ թվում ադրբեջանական կողմը մեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այն փաստի վրա, որ Հայաստանի պետական մարմինների կայքերում Հայաստանի տարածքը 29 800-ից պակաս է գրված:
Նույնը վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանին, որ թիվը կլորացված է: Այս թվերի հարցի շուրջ քննարկումների պատճառով էր, որ որոշակի լարումներ առաջացան»,-ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
