Բրիտանիան ուզում է զբաղեցնել Ռուսաստանի տեղը

Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանը դարձել է ոչ միայն Հավաքական Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի մրցակցության թատերաբեմ, այլև Արևմուտքի առանձին երկրներն իրենք են փորձում գերակայություն ստանալ մեր տարածաշրջանում և իրենց ձեռքը վերցնել կառավարումը։
Տասնամյակներ շարունակ Մեծ Բրիտանիան համարվել է Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դաշնակիցը Արևմուտքում, տարբեր տեսությունների և վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով՝ հենց Լոնդոնի անմիջական աջակցությամբ է Ադրբեջանը կարողացել զգալի առավելության հասնել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, իսկ ադրբեջանական նավթագազային սեկտորի զարգացումը կապված է անմիջականորեն բրիտանական ներդրումների հետ։ 44-օրյա պատերազմում ևս Մեծ Բրիտանիան աչքի չի ընկել ադրբեջանական վայրագությունների դատապարտմամբ, իսկ այսօր արդեն Հայաստանին մղում է դուրս գալ Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության գոտուց։ Վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում մի շարք բրիտանացի պաշտոնյաներ են այցելել Հայաստան, հանդիպում ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։
Այդ առումով ամենահատկանշականը բրիտանական հատուկ ծառայության «MI-6»-ի ղեկավար Ռիչարդ Մուրի այցն էր Հայաստան։ Մուրը, որ համարվում է Իլհամ Ալիրևի կուրատորը, նաև փետրվարին Մյունխենի անվտանգային համաժողովում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Նախօրեին էլ ՄԹ զինված ուժերի նախարար Ջեյմս Հիպպին հայտարարել է, թե Մեծ Բրիտանիան ընդունում է ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցությունը սառեցնելու Հայաստանի որոշումը, որպես այդ երկրի ինքնիշխան իրավունք և աշխատելու է եվրատլանտյան դաշնակիցների հետ՝ աջակցելու Երևանին ռուսական պատասխան սպառնալիքների դեպքում։ Բրիտանացի պաշտոնյան հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանը չի կատարել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ անվտանգային իր պարտավորությունները։
Նկատենք, որևէ բառ Հիպպիի խոսքում չկա, Հայաստանին ադրբեջանական սպառնալիքներից պաշտպանելու մասին, մինչդեռ փորձում են կրկին հակասություններ մտցնել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև։ Այս հանգամանքը արժանացել է նաև Ռուսաստանի քննադատությանը, իսկ պաշտոնական Լոնդոնը օգտվելով Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունից, ամրապնդում է իր ներկայությունը։
