Пашинян прокомментировал возвращение пересекшего границу азербайджанского солдата

Между Арменией и Азербайджаном уже давно есть договоренность, согласно которой, заблудившихся военнослужащих, оказавшихся на территории противника, возвращать в короткие сроки. Об этом на пресс-конференции заявил премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян, отвечая на вопрос о том, почему недавно заблудившегося азербайджанского солдата, вернули Баку, взамен не потребовав ни одного армянского военнопленного.
«Эта договоренность была нарушена между сторонами до 2018 года и после, и скорее была нарушена не договоренность, а ее восприятие: у сторон было разное восприятие ситуации. Те военнослужащие или просто граждане, которые заблудились преднамеренно нарушили границу допускали те или иные действия, которые являются уголовно наказуемыми, естественно возникали проблемы в решении данного вопроса. С президентом Азербайджана мы вновь подтвердили договоренность, что в случае, когда кто-то заблудиться, то его вернут, если он не совершил уголовно наказуемых действий», - заявил Пашинян.
Пашинян также заверил, что по вопросу армянских пленных, удерживаемых в Азербайджане, ведется ежедневная работа.
