Սպառողները պնդում են, թե սպառած գազի հաշիվները կրկնակի աճել են

«Հայփոստ»-ի բաժանմունքներից այսօր գրեթե բոլորն էին զարմացած ու զայրացած դուրս գալիս։ Հոսանքի և գազի դիմաց դրամապանակները դատարկած սպառողները միաբերան պնդում էին՝ անցած ամիս բնակարանները ջեռուցել են ինչպես միշտ, ցուցմունքները մինչդեռ սովորականից կրկնակի ավելի են։
«Սենց թիվ դեռ կյանքում չեմ մուծել՝ 44 հազար: Ես 50 հազար թոշակ եմ ստանում», - ասաց մի տարեց կին: «Անցյալ ամիս 29 հազար եմ մուծել, էս ամիս՝ 60 հազար», - նշեց միջին տարիքի մի տղամարդ:
«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ից պնդում են՝ հաշվիչների տվյալները ուռճացված չեն, ցուցմունքները համապատասխանում են սպառման իրական թվին։
Ընկերության մամուլի պատասխանատու Շուշան Սարդարյանը քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունը սեզոնային է համարում․ - «Յուրաքանչյուր տարի ձմռան շրջանում բնակչության շրջանում հասկանալի է, երբ որ կոմունալ վարձերը գալիս են՝ արդեն սպառումը շատ: Տոներ է, սպառում են և այլն հասկանալի պատճառներով»:
Փորձագետների պնդմամբ, մինչդեռ, սպառման էական տարբերությունը կարող է լինել նաև մատակարարվող գազի որակի պատճառով։
Սեբաստիայում ապրող Մխիթարյանների ընտանիքը, օրինակ, երկրորդ տարին է բնակարանը ջեռուցում է նույն կաթսայով։ Ըստ Հայպետհիդրոմետի, անցած տարվա համեմատ այս դեկտեմբերին էլ ջերմաստիճանը նույնն է եղել։ Նույնը չեն, սակայն, հաշվիչի տվյալները․ - «Անցած տարվա գումարը 37 հազար 642 է, այս տարվանը՝ 52 հազար 260»:
Սապռողների պնդմամբ՝ կապույտ վառելիքի որակի տարբերությունը երբեմն նկատելի է դառնում նաև հասարակ գազօջախից․ - «Նախ հոտ է գալիս, երբեմն գույնն էլ է փոխվում։ Նույնիսկ հասարակ սուրճ պատրաստելու դեպքում էլ երկու րոպեի փոխարեն պետք է մի հինգ-տասը րոպե կանգնես, որ նոր լինի»:
Որակի մասին խոսակցությունները ևս ռուսական «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ում անհիմն են համարում՝ վստահեցնելով, թե մատակարարվող վառելիքի կալորիականությունը մշտապես եղել է նորմայից բարձր:
«Երբևէ չի լինելու տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտ, որը ընդունելու է իրեն ներկայացված մեղադրանքը», - «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում ասաց սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպան Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը՝ չշտապելով, սակայն, մեղքը բարդել «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի վրա: Միաժամանակ, նա ընդգծում է, որ սպառողների դժգոհությունն արդարացված է, քանի որ նրանք զրկված են տեսածն ապացուցելու հնարավորությունից, իսկ պետությունը պատշաճ վերահսկողություն չի իրականացնում․ - «Կա հանրային բողոք, կա բողոքի ձայն․․․ բայց ինչպես միշտ՝ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովում քար լռություն է, մինչդեռ տվյալ պարագայում արդեն իսկ պետք է սկսած լինեին ուսումնասիրություններ»:
ՀԾԿՀ-ում սպառողների դժգոհություններին ծանոթ են, կալորիականության ուսումնասիրության համար, սակայն, լաբորատորիա չունեն։ Ստիպված են կուրորեն հավատալ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության տրամադրած տվյալներին, որոնք յուրաքանչյուր տասն օրը մեկ լույս են տեսնում նաև «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն» օրաթերթում։
