Փրկարար ծառայությունում անցկացվել է Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի ուսանողների արտադրական պրակտիկան

Փետրվարի 12-ից մարտի 5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի արտակարգ իրավիճակների և ճգնաժամային կառավարման ֆակուլտետի բակալավրի կրթական ծրագրի 52 ուսանող իրենց արտադրական պրակտիկան անցկացրեցին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում։
Արտադրական պրակտիկայի շրջանակներում ուսանողները եղան ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում, Փրկարարական ուժերի, Քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, Բնակչության պաշտպանության և աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման վարչություններում, Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության թիվ 8 և թիվ 13 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներում, Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության Հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնում և այլ ստորաբաժանումներում։
Պրակտիկայի ընթացքում ուսանողներն այցելեցին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն, ծանոթացան կենտրոնի կառուցվածքին, ենթակա բաժինների ամենօրյա գործառույթներին, կենտրոնում առկա տեղեկատվական և էլեկտրոնային շտեմարաններին, ծրագրերին։ Միաժամանակ տեղում ծանոթացան 911 ԱԿ-ում ահազանգերի գրանցման և սպասարկման գործընթացին, այնուհետև իրավիճակային դահլիճում առկա տեսապատի միջոցով հետևեցին դեպքերի արձագանքման ընթացքին։
Փրկարարական ուժերի, Քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, Բնակչության պաշտպանության և աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման վարչություններում ուսանողներին գործնականում ներկայացվեցին բնակչության պաշտպանության և քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության տարաբնույթ գործառույթների իրականացման առանձնահատկությունները, ոլորտային այլ հարցեր։
Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչությունում ապագա փրկարարներին ներկայացվեցին փրկարար ուժերի ձևավորման, կամավորական ջոկատների ստեղծման և պատրաստվածության գործընթացները։
Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներում ուսանողները ծանոթացան առկա փրկարարական գույք-սարքավորումներին, տեխնիկային, անհատական պաշտպանության միջոցներին, հրշեջ-փրկարարական հանդերձանքին, կապի միջոցներին, ինչպես նաև տագնապային պայուսակներին։
Հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնում ուսանողների հետ անցկացվեց դաս-քննարկում, որի ընթացքում վերջիններիս ներկայացվեցին տուժածների որոնման միջոցները, տարածքի սահմանազատման, պարանային հանգույցների կապման ձևերը, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի, այլ արձագանքող ուժերի հետ համագործակցության և դեպքի վայրում բնակչության հետ տարվող աշխատանքները։ Կենտրոնում ուսանողները նաև ծանոթացան կինոլոգիական խմբերի աշխատանքին, հատուկ վարժեցրած փրկարար շներին, նրանց խնամքի և վարժեցման պայմաններին։
Արտադրական պրակտիկայի շրջանակներում ուսանողները եղել են նաև հատուկ նշանակության կարևորագույն և այլ նշանակության օբյեկտներում՝ Մատենադարանում, Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստատեսությունում, Օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում, Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվում, ՀԱԷԿ ՓԲԸ-ում, «Աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմ» հիմնադրամում, «Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության տարածքային ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում․ տեղում ուսումնասիրել են օբյեկտների գործառույթները, հրդեհների ավտոմատ ազդարարման համակարգերը, տարհանման պլանները, հակահրդեհային համակարգերը, նկուղները։
