Հատուկ ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանի համար Mediahub-ը օրեր առաջ հրապարակել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տիկնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանին սպասարկող Lexus-ը՝ առջևի մգեցված ապակիներով, ինչն օրենքի խախտում է։ 

Հիշեցնենք, Վահե Ղազարյանը մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ասել էր, թե տեղյակ չէ, որ Փաշինյանի տիկինը երթևեկում է առջևի մգեցված ապակիներով։ Մեզ համար, իհարկե, կարող է զարմանալի թվալ, թե ինչպես է պարեկների աչքից վրիպել Փաշինյանի տիկնոջ Lexus-ը, որն ամեն օր իրենց աչքի առաջ է և հաճախ հենց իրենք են ուղեկցում այդ մեքենան։ 

Mediahub-ը տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել, որտեղ պարզ երևում է, որ Աննա Հակոբյանին սպասարկող Lexus LX 500 շքեղ ամենագնացն առջևի մգեցված ապակիներով է, և սա այն դեպքում, երբ Աննա Հակոբյանի ամուսնուն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին սպասարկող մեքենայի առջևի ապակիները թափանցիկ են։ Ուստի հարցում էինք ուղարկել ՆԳ նախարարություն՝ ճշտելու, թե տեսանյութի հրապարակումից հետո ինչ-որ քայլեր պատրաստվո՞ւմ են ձեռնարկել, օրինակ՝ տուգանել Աննա Հակոբյանին կամ նրա վարորդին և պոկել օրենքի խախտմամբ փակցված թաղանթները։ Ահա թե ինչ են պատասխանել մեզ ՆԳՆ-ից․ «Ձեր կողմից հրապարակված տեսանյութի հիման վրա հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել վարչարարություն և կայացնել վարչական ակտ, քանի որ տրանսպորտային միջոցի ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիության չափի խախտման համար, Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 123-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ և «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 17-րդ հոդվածի 8-րդ մասերին համապատասխան, վարչական պատասխանատվություն կարող է կիրառվել միայն վարելիս խախտումը հայտնաբերելու և ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիությունը ստուգաչափում անցած համապատասխան սարքով չափելու արդյունքում։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ տրանսպորտային միջոցի ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիության չափի խախտմամբ վարելու դեպքերի հայտնաբերումը գտնվում է ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ամենօրյա ուշադրության ներքո, վարելու ընթացքում նման խախտումով տրանսպորտային միջոց հայտնաբերելու դեպքում ձեռնարկվում են, ինչպես նաև կշարունակվեն ձեռնարկվել օրենքով նախատեսված վարչական ներգործության միջոցներ»։ 

Փաստորեն, ՆԳՆ-ն դեռ պետք է հայտնաբերի Աննա Հակոբյանի ավտոմեքենան, որ հետո հատուկ սարքով չափի ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիությունը, որից հետո նոր, վստահաբար, կտուգանի իրեն «առաջին տիկին» հռչակած իշխանական տիկնոջը։ Այսինքն՝ ամեն օր Աննա Հակոբյանն այդ մեքենայով իրենց աչքի առաջ աջ ու ձախ է անում, ու ՆԳՆ պարեկային ծառայությունը դա չի նկատում, ու դեռ պիտի «ձեռքներն ընկնի» Աննա Հակոբյանը, որ հետո կանգնեցնեն, եթե համարձակվեն, իհարկե, կանգնեցնել, հետո «դուխով» մոտենան և համարձակվեն ստուգել ապակիները, որից հետո նոր, եթե առյուծի կաթ խմած լինեն այդ օրը, նաև տուգանեն տիկնոջը կամ տիկնոջ վարորդին։ 

Իսկ իրականում՝ սա ընդամենը Հայաստանում արտոնյալների հասարակության և ոստիկանության ծառայողների՝ հատկապես պաշտոնյաների կանանցից վախերի ու սարսափների մասին է խոսում։
