Ինչպե՞ս է Փաշինյանն առաջ մղում նոր սահմանադրությունը

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են նոր սահմանադրություն ընդունելուն, բայց այդ հանգամանքը գաղտնի են պահում հասարակությունից՝ փորձելով անակնկալի բերել սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվե հայտարարելով։
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ անդրադարձել է սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, ասուլիսում նշել, թե սահամանադրական փոփոխությունների հայեցակարգը պատրաստ է, ինքը ծանոթացել է դրան և հանգել եզրակացության, որ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է նոր սահմանադրություն։
Փորձելով հերթական անգամ շեղել և մանիպուլացնել հասարակությանը՝ Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, ձևակերպումներով այլ հարց է լուծում՝ հակառակ տպավորություն ստեղծելու համար, միևնույն ժամանակ ընդգծում , թե այն հայեցակարգը, որ հիմա կա , արդեն արդի չէ, իսկ նոր սահամանադրության վերաբերյալ չկա հայեցակարգ, չկա տեքստ, կա իր կողմից Հայաստանի ժողովրդին առաջարկվող քաղաքական խոսույթ և քաղաքական օրակարգ։
Պարզ հայերեն լեզվով ասած՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ նախաձեռնող հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքը Փաշինյանը ջուրն է նետել, փոխարենը ամբողջական նոր սահմանադրություն է ցանկանում հրամցնել հանրությանը։ Մասնավորոպես հայտարարել է, թե հանրաքվեն կլինի այն ժամանակ, երբ ինքն ու իր քաղաքական թիմը զգան, որ ժողովուրդը բավարար չափով տեղեկացված է՝ ի՞նչ է տեղի ունենում, ինչի համար և բովանդակությունն ի՞նչ խնդիր է լուծելու։
Վկայակոչելով մեր աղբյուրներին՝ նախկինում մի քանի անգամ գրել էինք, որ Փաշինյանը արդեն իսկ նոր սահմանադրության նախագիծ է նախաձեռնում և դա ինչ-որ պահի ներկայացնելու է հանրության դատին, իսկ մինչ այդ ընդդիմությանը և հասարակությանը անակնկալի բերելու համար ամեն գնով ցանկանում են հերքել իրենց մտադրությունները։
