Ուղղեք մեծագույն սխալը. օպերայի երաժիշտների ուշացած նամակը Սերժ Սարգսյանին

Երեւանի Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի եւ բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի երաժիշտները նամակով դիմել են Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ խնդրելով, որպեսզի նա ուղղի թատրոնի գլխավոր դիրիժորի պաշտոնը վերականգնելու եւ Կարեն Դուրգարյանին այդ պաշտոնում վերանշանակելու՝ Գեղամ Գրիգորյանի «մեծագույն սխալը»: Այդպես էլ ձեւակերպված է՝ «մեծագույն սխալ»: Ահա, թե ինչ են գրել օպերային թատրոնի երաժիշտները Սերժ Սարգսյանին.
«Գիտենալով հանդերձ Ձեր աշխատանքային գերծանրաբեռնվածության մասին` ստիպված դիմում ենք Ձեզ՝ ուղղելու համար մի մեծագույն սխալ, որը կարող է Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի համար ստեղծագործական առումով կործանարար լինել: Անտեսելով աշխարհի ամենահայտնի օպերային թատրոններում եւ հենց մեր Թատրոնում ընդունված ու իրեն բոլոր առումներով արդարացված կարգը` որոշված է լուծարել Թատրոնի գլխավոր դիրիժորի պաշտոնը: Քանի որ գլխավոր դիրիժորի առկայությունը պարտադիր է նվագախմբի երաժիշտների հետ ամենօրյա աշխատանքի, երաժիշտների մասնագիտական աճի, վերջիններիս ընտրության ու նվագախմբի ամբողջական եւ մշտական դեմքը պահպանելու համար, մենք խնդրանքով դիմել էինք Թատրոնի ղեկավարությանը եւ գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Գեղամ Գրիգորյանին՝ պահպանելու այդ պաշտոնը, սակայն մեր խնդրանքը մեզ համար բոլորովին անհասկանալի եւ ինչ-ինչ հեռահար նպատակներին ուղղված պատճառներով մերժված է:
Մեծարգո պարոն Նախագահ, չունենալով այլեւս այլ հնարավորություն, քանի որ այդ հարցում ըստ Մշակույթի նախարարության բռնած դիրքի՝ հարցը համարվում է լուծված, մեկ անգամ եւս թախանձագին խնդրանքով դիմում ենք Ձեզ՝ օգնելու վերականգնել արդարությունը եւ նվագախմբի հետագա հաջող գործունեության համար Օպերային թատրոնի գլխավոր դիրիժորի պաշտոնին վերանշանակելու Կարեն Դուրգարյանին, ում հետ անցել ենք 15 տարիների երկար ճանապարհ:
Կից ներկայացնում ենք մեր ստորագրություններով Թատրոնի ղեկավարությանը եւ գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Գեղամ Գրիգորյանին ուղղված վերոհիշյալ դիմումի պատճենը»: Նամակը ստորագրել են մի քանի տասնյակ երաժիշտներ:
Մի կողմից՝ պետք է նկատել, որ երաժիշտները գնացել են բավականին համարձակ քայլի, մյուս կողմից, սակայն, այն արդեն ժամանակավրեպ է: Կարեն Դուրգարյանն իր պաշտոնից հեռացվել է դեռեւս դեկտեմբերի 17-ին՝ ավելի քան մեկ ամիս առաջ: Ու եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը, բարի կամք դրսեւորելով միջամտի հարցին, ինչը կարող էր դե մեկ ամիս առաջ անել, եթե ցանկանար, ապա, մեկ է՝ Դուրգարյանը չի համաձայնի վերադառնալ, քանի որ դա կնշանակի, որ նա կուլ տվեց անպատվությունը:
Երկրորդ՝ եթե երաժիշտները համարձակություն են ունեցել Դուրգարյանի պաշտոնազրկումն անվանել «մեծագույն սխալ», ապա խելամիտ կլիներ, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանին խնդրեին ուղղել եւ 2 մեծագույն սխալ՝ առաջինը՝ Հասմիկ Պողոսյանին ազատեր մշակույթի նախարարի պաշտոնից, քանի դեռ ռաբիս երգիչ Խատուբային չի շնորհվել ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստի կոչում, երկրորդ՝ Գեղամ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ նշանակվեր ծառայողական քննություն, եթե այդպիսին կարող է լինել մշակույթի դաշտում: Անվանի օպերային երգիչը պետք է հիմնավորի թատրոնի գլխավոր դիրիժորի պաշտոնը վերացնելու իր որոշումը, եթե, իհարկե, չի կատարել Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի պատվերը: Ինչեւէ, օպերային թատրոնի երաժիշտների նամակը դժվար թե որեւէ բան փոխի: Երբ գնացքից ուշանում ես, ապա կարեւոր էլ չէ, թե որքան ես ուշացել՝ մեկ ժամ, մեկ րոպե, թե մեկ վայրկյան: Այս դեպքում խոսքը մեկ ամսվա մասին է:
