3605 փամփուշտ, ինքնաձիգ, հրացանի փող․ զենք-զինամթերք է հայտնաբերվել

Աշտարակի քրեական հետախույզները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Երևանի Դերենիկ Դեմիրճյան փողոցի բնակիչ 40-ամյա մի տղամարդ մայրաքաղաքի տանն ու Աշտարակի ամառանոցում ապօրինի պահում է զենք-զինամթերք:
Ստուգումների ընթացքում պարզվեց, որ նրան զինամթերք էր տվել Աշտարակի 35-ամյա մի բնակիչ: Ըստ որոշ տվյալների` աշտարակցին նաև ուրիշի էր զենքեր տվել:
Տեղեկությունն իրացվեց մարտի 4-ին` Աշտարակի համայնքային ոստիկանների հետ: Աշտարակի Նարեկացու փողոցում ժամը 15.55-ին երևանցի տղամարդը ձերբակալվեց: Նա խոստովանեց, որ ամառանոցում ունի «Մակարով» տեսակի ապօրինի ատրճանակ, իսկ Աշտարակ քաղաքի Ներսես Աշտարակեցու փողոցի լքված շինությունում պահել է ինքնաձիգի մարտական փամփուշտներ:
Տղամարդն ու կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվեցին Արագածոտնի մարզի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ:
Հետագա միջոցառումներով պարզվեց, որ բացի երևանցուց` երկու զենք էլ 35-ամյա տղամարդը տվել էր 47-ամյա համաքաղաքացի ազգականին: Նույն օրը, ժամը 21.40-ին, Երևանում ձերբակալվեց ու ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին տարվեց նաև 47-ամյա ազգականը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ «Կալաշնիկով» տեսակի ինքնաձիգն իր ավտոտնակում է, իսկ «Մակարով» ատրճանակը պահել է տանը՝ երկաթյա պահարանի տակ: Քիչ անց 47-ամյա տղամարդու որդին ինքնակամ բաժին ներկայացրեց «Մակարովը»:
Նախաքննական մարմին ներկայացված տղամարդիկ տեղափոխվեցին ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր: Իսկ հաջորդ օրը` մարտի 5-ին, խուզարկություններ կատարվեցին երևանցու ամառանոցում, որտեղից հայտնաբերվեցին «Մակարով» տեսակի, ջնջված գործարանային համարով ատրճանակ և որսորդական հրացանի 15 փամփուշտ:
Աշտարակցու տան և օժանդակ շինությունների խուզարկությամբ ավտոտնակում հայտնաբերվեցին ինքնաձիգի 3605 փամփուշտ և մեկ ինքնաձիգ, նկուղում` ինքնաձիգի 379 փամփուշտ, մասնատված երկու հրացան, հրացանի մեկ փող, գնդացրի շղթա՝ հինգ փամփուշտով, իսկ բնակարանում` հրացանի մեկ փող, օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակ և գնդացրի օպտիկական սարքեր: Ներսես Աշտարակեցու փողոցի կիսաքանդ շինության մեջ հայտնաբերվեց ինքնաձիգի 289 փամփուշտ:
