Արշակ Կարապետյանը նոր փաստ է հրապարակում՝ Նիկոլի tik-tok-ին ի պատասխան

ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ անդրադարձել էր ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանին, նրա ազատմանը և դրան նախորդած իրադարձություններին: ժամեր անց գեներալ Կարապետյանը արձագանքեց՝ փաստերով ապացուցելով Փաշինյանի ստերը:
Նախ անդրադառնանք ասուլիսի ժամանակ Փաշինյանի հնչեցրած հայտարարությանը, որտեղ նա խոսում է այն մասին, թե ինչու է Արշակ Կարապետյանին հեռացրել ՊՆ նախարարի պաշտոնից:
«Այդ ընթացքում եղել է ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ՝ եղել են 2021-ի մայիսի իրադարձությունները, հետո եղել է Պաշտպանության նախարար՝ եղել են 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի իրադարձությունները։ Ես նրան որոշում եմ կայացրել հանել աշխատանքից, որովհետև 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ի առավոտյան նա ինձ զեկուցել է, որ սահմանի երկայնքով ամեն ինչ հանդարտ է, մինչդեռ իր զեկուցման պահին մեր սահմանի մի շարք տեղամասերում ադրբեջանական զորքերը ներխուժած են եղել մեր տարածք և նույնիսկ դիրքեր են վերցրած եղել: Եվ Արշակ Կարապետյանը, լինելով Պաշտպանության նախարար, կամ դրա մասին տեղյակ չի եղել, կամ տեղյակ լինելով՝ չի զեկուցել։ Նման իրավիճակներում ես որևէ մեկին կես ժամ նույնիսկ չեմ հանդուրժի այդ պաշտոնում»:
Մինչդեռ իրականությունը բոլորովին այլ է:
Արշակ Կարապետյանը, արձագանքելով Փաշինյանին, տեղեկացրեց, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ին ինքը եղել է Դուբայում՝ մասնակցելով զենքի գնման հետ կախված կարևոր հանդիպման ու անկարող էր հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային իրադրության մասին ինչ-որ բան զեկուցել վարչապետին: Ինչպես նկատում է Արշակ Կարապետյանը. «Այնտեղ պլանավորված էր շատ կարևոր հանդիպում, և այդ հանդիպման նպատակով ես մեկնել էի: Բացի դրանից, մենք ունեինք խնդիր զենքի գնման, որոշ տեսակների ներկրման դեպի Հայաստան, հիմնականում խոսքը հարվածային անօդաչու սարքերի մասին է: Եվ ես ֆիզիկապես հնարավորություն չունեի զեկուցելու մեր ղեկավարին սահմանում իրադրության մասին: Այդ զեկույցը պետք է աներ այն անձը, որը մնացել էր Պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղը՝ որպես այդ օրը նախարարի ֆունկցիաներ կատարող»:
Ի դեպ, զինվորական գործից հասկացողը յուրաքանչյուր ոք լավ գիտի, որ երկրի վարչապետն ու ՊՆ նախարարը հեռախոսակապով չեն խոսում սահմանային իրավիճակի մասին…
Ասուլիսից ժամեր անց Փաշինյանը TikTok սոցիալական ցանցում տարածեց իր այս հայտարարությունը՝ կից անելով հետևյալ գրառումը. «2021թ. նոյեմբերի 14-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 09:38 րոպեին, Արշակ Կարապետյանի զեկուցումը վարչապետ Փաշինյանին»:
Ուշագրավ է այն, որ ըստ Փաշինյանի, իբրև թե 2021 թ. նոյեմբերի 14-ի, առավոտյան ժամը 09:38 րոպեին է Արշակ Կարապետյանը զանգահարել իրեն ու զեկուցել սահմանային իրավիճակի մասին: Սակայն մեր ձեռքի տակ է ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ այդ օրը տարածած հայտարարությունը, որում նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների ներխուժումը ՀՀ տարածք եղել է նոյեմբերի 14-ին, ժամը 13.00-ին:
Մեջբերենք հայտարարության այդ հատվածը. «Սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ին ժամը 13.00-ի սահմաններում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծի արեւելյան տեղամասերից մեկում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները զրահատեխնիկայի աջակցությամբ ներխուժել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք»:
Այսինքն, թշնամու ներխուժումը եղել է ո՛չ թե առավոտյան ժամը 09:38-ին՝ ինչպես պնդում է Փաշինյանը, այլ նոյեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 13.00-ին:
Անգամ ժամերի ճշգրիտ արձանագրումը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Փաշինյանը ցինիկաբար ստում է:
Սա ևս հերթական ապացույցն է նրա, որ Փաշինյանը խճճվել է սեփական ստերի արանքում:
