«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին օրերին ամենաքննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական շրջադարձի հավանականությունն է, որի առաջին «ծաղիկը» պաշտոնական Երևանի նամակն էր Մոսկվա՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ից «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից ռուսական սահմանապահներին հանելու մասով։ Երկրորդը, որի մասին խոսեց նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր վերջին ասուլիսի ընթացքում, ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու կամ մնալու պայմանների մասին էր։ Իրականում, մեր տեղեկություններով, դեռ անցած տարվա կեսերից են իշխանության ներսում բավականին բուռն քննարկումներ տեղի ունենում թե՛ դուրս գալ-չգալու մասով, թե՛ դուրս գալու «առիթի» հետ կապված, որ հանրությունն էլ ընկալի որպես տեղին։

«Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանական նեղ շրջանակներում բավականին տագնապ և մտահոգություն կա այս թեմայով։ Շատերը անկանխատեսելի են համարում նման որոշման հետևանքները և, այդ քննարկումներին մասնակից լինելով, սկզբում ավելի ակտիվ են ներկայացրել իրենց դիրքորոշումը, իսկ վերջին շրջանում չեն արտահայտվում, չնայած հաստատապես դեմ են այդ որոշմանը՝ համարելով հերթական սխալ հաշվարկ։ Մեր զրուցակիցը, որը քաջատեղյակ էր այդ քննարկումներից, պատմեց, որ բավականին լրջորեն քննարկվել է տարբերակը՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հայտարարությունն անել ՌԴ նախագահի ընտրությունների օրը:

Ըստ այդմ, «առիթը» կարող է լինել «անսպասելի» սկսված սրացումը սահմանին, ինչի ֆոնին Փաշինյանը ուղիղ եթերում կհայտարարի ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու մասին։ Այս տարբերակը, մեր տեղեկություններով, բավականին լուրջ քննարկվել է, հատկապես իշխանության արևմտյան թևն է ոգևորված՝ համարելով, որ Պուտինին ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ դա լավ «նվեր» կլինի՝ արևմտյան ԶԼՄ-ների համապատասխան ինֆորմացիոն աջակցությամբ։
