«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Mk.ru-ն «Հայաստանը նոր դաշնակից է գտել Արևմուտքում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նոր գործընկերներ են փնտրում զենք մատակարարելու և հանրապետության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար։ Երկրին ամենաակտիվ աջակցությունն են ցուցաբերում Ֆրանսիան և Հնդկաստանը։ Այժմ նրանց մտադիր է միանալ նաև Լոնդոնը։ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պաշտպանության պետնախարար Ջեյմս Հիփին խոստացել է պաշտպանել երկիրը «Ռուսաստանից բխող սպառնալիքներից և պատասխան միջոցներից ՀԱՊԿ-ից հանրապետության դուրս գալու դեպքում»։
Mk.ru-ն զրուցել է քաղաքագետ Ալեքսեյ Դզերմանտի հետ այն մասին, թե արդյո՞ք Երևանը կկարողանա այլընտրանք գտնել ՀԱՊԿ-ին, և արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանը կարձագանքի նման գործողություններին:«Հայաստանի դուրս գալը ՀԱՊԿ-ից աղետ չի լինի, քանի որ Ռուսաստանը, Ղազախստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղրղզստանը և Տաջիկստանը կարող են ապահովել իրենց անվտանգությունը։ Բայց այդ որոշումը խնդիր է դառնալու հենց Հայաստանի համար։ Երկիրը մենակ է մնալու անվտանգության բոլոր մարտահրավերների հետ, որոնք կան տարածաշրջանում։ Ոչ ոք չի չեղարկել Ադրբեջանի պահանջները, ինչպես նաև Թուրքիայի և Իրանի հետ առկա խնդիրները։ Երևանի մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին ամուր հիմք է ստեղծել նրա անվտանգության համար։ Եթե երկիրը որոշի դուրս գալ դաշինքից, ապա խոշոր տերություններից ոչ մեկը նրա դերը չի կատարի: Ավելին, եթե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը պահպանի նման տրամադրությունները, ապա դա կարող է պարզապես վտանգավոր լինել։ ՀԱՊԿ-ն ու, մասնավորաբար, Ռուսաստանը կարող են համաձայնության գալ Իրանի հետ, եթե հանկարծ Երևանը սկսի վտանգ ներկայացնել։ Արևմտյան ուժերին տարածաշրջան մտցնելու փորձերը հստակորեն որպես սպառնալիք կընկալվեն թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ Իրանի կողմից։ Այդ դեպքում հայկական պետության ճակատագիրն աննախանձելի կլինի»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը։
- Ի՞նչ կարող է անել Երևանն այս իրավիճակում։
- Պետք է հասկանալ, որ նման սալտոները վտանգավոր են առաջին հերթին հենց Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի համար։ Ինձ թվում է՝ չափազանց կարևոր է հարաբերություններ հաստատել տարածաշրջանային ուժերի հետ, և դրանք են Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը, Թուրքիան։ Իսկ Արևմտյան Եվրոպայի երկրները շահագրգռված են տարածաշրջանի ապակայունացմամբ:
- Ինչպիսի՞ն կարող է լինել ՀԱՊԿ-ի և Ռուսաստանի արձագանքը, եթե Հայաստանը վերջնականապես դուրս գա դաշինքից։
- Սկզբում պատասխանը կլինի դիվանագիտական։ Հետո կարող են լինել տնտեսական հետևանքներ։ Մի մոռացեք, որ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ է, և այդ կազմակերպությունն է Երևանին ապահովում կայուն տնտեսական աճով։ Դե, իսկ հետո, դա հետագայում կարող է հանգեցնել նաև քաղաքական և նույնիսկ ռազմական արձագանքի։
