Այսօր քաղբանտարկյալ Արմեն Աշոտյանի շինծու գործով հերթական դատական նիստն է: Տխմարագույն մի ֆարս, որտեղ ոչ ոք չգիտե, թե ո՞վ է տուժողը, երբ շահել է բժշկական համալսարանը:
Դատավոր կոչվածը պետք է դեմքին լրջություն տված` շարունակի կատարել իր թրքական քաղաքական պատվերը: Դատախազն իր թրքական կաշառքի վերածվող «պաշտոնն» արդարացնելու համար, պետք է շարունակի ձևացնել, իբրև պետական շահերն է պաշտպանում, երբ պետական որևէ շահ չի տուժել:
Լրագրողները բնականաբար կլուսաբանեն քաղաքական նպատակով իրականացվող դատական բալագանի հերթական արարը` կրկին արձանագրելով, որ Աշոտյանը քաղբանտարկյալ է:
Թավշյա հեղափոխության դատարանները վերածվել են դավաճանության ու կապիտուլյացվելու հանցակիցների: Հանցանք, որի էությունը նկարագրվում է որպես պետության կործանման դեմ ներքին դիմադրությունը կամ դրա փորձերը խեղդող գործողություններ: Նույնն է, թե ինչ-որ մեկն անընդհատ խոչընդոտի իր կյանքի համար պայքարող հիվանդի դիմադրողականությանը: Ես չգիտեմ, դատական ֆարսերի մասնակից պաշտոնյաները հասկանու՞մ են, որ իրենց սեփական ապօրինի գործողություններով նպաստում են իրենց ընտանիքների ու զավակների վաղվա հայրենազրկմանը:
Թավշյա դատարանները նպաստեցին իրական երկրապահ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի և ճշմարտությունից խոսող պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանի մահվանը: Թավշյա դատարանները քաղբանտարկյալ դարձրին Արմեն Աշոտյանին, Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին, Նարեկ Մալյանին և շատ այլ մարդկանց: Երկրի գլխին կախված օրհասական վտանգների, Արցախի կորստի և հայաթափման պահին` թավշյա դատարանները դատում վտանգներից խոսող հարյուրավոր ակտիվիստների: Թավշյա դատարանները կեղծ շոուներ են սարքում ՀՀ 2-րդ և 3-րդ նախագահների դեմ` կոտրելով օրհասական պահերին համազգային միասնության ու համախմբման իրական հավանականությունը:
Դատարանները վաղուց վերածվել են քաղաքական գործիքների: Իսկ դատական գործընթացի մասնակից դատավորները, դատախազները, քննիչներն ու փաստաբանները ևս ակամայից դարձել են Նիկոլի քաղբանտարկյալները: Այն դատավորները, ովքեր չեն կատարում կապիտուլյանտի քաղաքական պատվերները` պատժվում են «օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ»: Իսկ իշխող խունտայի կողմից իրականացվող թալանը, հայ ժողովրդի կեղեքումն ու հայկական պետության կործանումը շարունակվում է:
