«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի բացառիկ տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիսի համայնքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը դիմում է ներկայացրել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանն անդամակցելու համար։

Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ Առուշ Առուշանյանի ՔՊ-ական դառնալը շատ լուրջ ճնշումների հետեւանք է, քանի որ Առուշ Առուշանյանի նկատմամբ ՔՊ-ն՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, բազմիցս ռեպրեսիաներ է կիրառել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 9-ամսյա կալանքից հետո Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը 2022 թվականի մարտի 28-ին դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ արձակվեց, երբ դատավորը արդարացրեց նրան ընտրական հանցագործությունների հոդվածներով։ Բանտից ազատ արձակվելուց հետո Առուշանյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել էր, որ իրեն քաղաքական բանտարկյալ չի համարում, պայքարում է հանուն հայրենիքի, առաջին հերթին՝ «ներքին թշնամիների» դեմ։ Առուշանյանը ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ցուցակով մասնակցել էր նաեւ Ազգային ժողովի վերջին ընտրություններին, ընտրվել պատգամավոր։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը կապ հաստատեց Առուշ Առուշանյանի հետ, որը մեզ հորդորեց նման հարցերով իրեն չզանգել եւ չանհանգստացնել։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Առուշանյանի՝ ՔՊ-ական դառնալու գործում իր ներդրումն ունի նաեւ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը։

Հավելենք նաեւ, որ Առուշանյանը մեղադրվում էր երկու տարբեր գործերով։ Այսօր նա արդարացվեց անցած տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրողներին կաշառք տալուն օժանդակելու եւ նախապատրաստելու համար։ Այս գործով արդարացվեց նաեւ սկզբում նրա դեմ ցուցմունք տված, հետո դրանից հրաժարված՝ Գորիսի կազմի մեջ մտնող Քարահունջի ղեկավար Լուսինե Ավետյանը։ Նա դատարանում զղջացել էր Առուշանյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տալու համար, մինչդեռ նախաքննության ընթացքում պատմել էր, թե Առուշանյանն իրեն հորդորել է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի օգտին քվեարկողներին տալ 100-220 հազար դրամ օգնություն։

Առուշանյանին վերագրվող երկրորդ քրեական գործը, որով նա մեղավոր ճանաչվեց, առնչվում է 2017 թվականին։ Ըստ իրավապահների` Գորիսի քաղաքապետն իրեն պատկանող ընկերության միջոցով զբաղվել է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությամբ եւ վնաս պատճառել շրջակա միջավայրին ու պետությանը։ Բացի այդ, ըստ մեղադրանքի մեկ այլ դրվագի` Առուշանյանը մի քաղաքացու առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ վնաս ու մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դեռ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին գրել էր, որ իշխանությունները որոշել են ձերբազատվել ընդդիմադիր բոլոր համայնքապետերից: Ինչպես հայտնի է, նախորդ տարվա վերջին ՔՊ-ն Ալավերդիում ուժով իշխանություն վերցրեց եւ պաշտոնանկ արեց համայնքապետին, որը ներկայացնում էր «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը:

Ըստ երեւույթին, Առուշ Առուշանյանին էլ է նման բան սպառնացել, ինչի արդյունքում կուսակցությանն անդամակցելու դիմում է ներկայացրել»:
