ԱՄՆ-ը ակտիվացնում է իր փափուկ ուժը Հայաստանում

Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ Միացյալ նահանգները մտադիր է 52 միլիոն դոլար օգնություն հատկացնել Հայաստանին , այդ գումարները ծախսելու են Հաայստանում ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման համար։

Պետքարտուղարութունում տեղի ունեցած ճեպազրույցում տեղեկությունը հայտնել էր պետդեպի խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերը։

Այդ նպատակների համար ԱՄՆ –ն տարիներ շարունակ զգալի գումարներ է հատկացրել Հայաստանին, ընդ որում գումարները ծախսում է ոչ թե Հայաստանի կառավարության խողովակներով, այլ հենց ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան կողմից տրված գրանտային ծրագրերով։

Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը զգալի ավելացրել է իր գրանտային ծրագրերը և մեծ գումարներ է բաժանում արևմտամետ համարում ունեցող լրատվամիջոցներին, տարբեր փորձագետների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների։ Հայաստանը դեպի արևմուտք քաշելու և Ռուսաստանի դեմ նոր ճակատ բացելու իրենց գործողությունները առավել արդյունավետ իրականացնելու համար այժմ գումարներն ավելացվում են։

Եթե նախկինում այդ գումարները հիմնականում ստացվում էին, այսպես կոչված, «Սորոսի հիմնադրամի» միջոցներով, ապա ԱՄՆ Պետդեպն արդեն անցել է բացահայտ ֆինանսավորմանը։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ բավականին հստակ ծրագրով գիտեն, թե ո՞ւմ որքա՞ն գումար պետք է վճարեն Հայաստանում հակառուսական քարոզն իրականացնելու համար։ Ավելին, ԱՄՆ դեսպանատնից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը պարզ ակնարկել են, որ իրենց դուր չի գալիս Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությամբ և այլ պետական լրատվամիջոցներով ռուս քաղաքական գործիչներին, փորձագետներին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում գտնվող ռուսամետ ընդդիմադիր գործիչներին եթեր տրամադրելու հանգամանքը։

Ակնհայտորեն պարտադրել են, որպեսզի իշխանությունը զերծ մնա նրանց եթեր տրամադրելուց և առավելապես հանրային եթերային ժամանակն օգտագործեն Ռուսաստանի դեմ հակաքարոզչությունն օգտագործելու նպատակով։
