504 կողմ, 4 դեմ, 32 ձեռնպահ ձայներով Եվրախորհրդարանը ընդունեց ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու Հայաստանի թեկնածության հնարավորությունը դիտարկել առաջարկող բանաձևը։

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Գագիկ Համբարյանի խոսքով՝ ԵՄ-ում մեզ ոչ ոք չի սպասում և չեն էլ ընդունելու.

«Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնն զբաղցնող կապիտուլյանտը, ենթադրում եմ, շատ լավ հասկանում է դա, որովհետև Հայաստանը ոչ համապատասխան մակարդակի և որակի արտադրանք ունի, ոչ էլ արդյունաբերություն կամ գյուղատնտեսություն: Ինքներդ եք տեսնում՝ Եվրամիությունը, որի համար Ուկրաինան շատ կարևոր է Ռուսաստանի դեմ պայքարում և միլիարդավոր դոլլարների օգնություն է տրամադրում նրան, այս պահի դրությամբ ԵՄ անդամ Լեհաստանը ինչպես է վերաբերվում այդ օգնությանը: Հիմա հարց՝ Հայաստանն իրենից ի՞նչ է ներկայացնում, որ դառնա ԵՄ անդամ: Հետո՞ ինչ, որ անդամակցության հայտը բավարարեցին, Թուրքիան 30 տարի սպասում է ԵՄ անդամակցությանը: Մեր հարևան Թուրքիան, որն ունի 100 միլիոնանոց շուկա և համարվում է աշխարհի խոշորագույն արդյունաբերական և գյուղատնտեսական արտադրություն ունեցող երկրներից մեկը: Եվրամիությունը Թուրքիային չի ընդունում, Հայաստանի՞ն պետք է ընդունի:

Խնդրին պետք է այլ տեսանկյունից նայել. այս «Եվրամիությունով» Նիկոլը և նրա հետևում կանգնած ուժերը խաբում են Հայաստանի հասարակությանը: Հայաստանը երբեք ԵՄ անդամ չի դառնա, որովհետև Եվրամիությանը մենք պետք չենք: Այս կեղծ թեզն առաջ են տանում նրանք, ովքեր փորձում են Հայաստանը դուրս բերել ռուսական ազդեցության տակից:» ,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Համբարյանը:

Քաղաքագետի պնդմամբ՝ առնվազն հիմարություն է ռազմաքաղաքական բլոկ ՀԱՊԿ-ը փոխարինել տնտեսական բլոկ ԵՄ-ով.

«Եկեք ճշտենք մեկ կարևոր հանգամանք. ՀԱՊԿ-ը Արևմուքում  «պուտինյան» ՆԱՏՕ-ն է, ԵԱՏՄ-ն՝ «պուտինյան» Եվրամիություն: Մեկ այլ տեսանկյունից, եթե մենք դուրս գանք ՀԱՊԿ-ից, տնտեսական շատ մեծ խնդիրներ ենք ունենալու, որովհետև դրանից հետո մեր՝ ԵԱՏՄ կազմում մնալն անհնարին կդառնա: Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս տարիների ընթացքում որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկել, որ մեր տնտեսությունը եվրոպականացվի, որ մենք դառնանք ԵՄ անդամ: Մեր ապրանքաշրջանառության 90 տոկոսը ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ է: 

ՀԱՊԿ-ից հրաժարվելով՝ ըստ տրամաբանության, մենք պետք է մտնենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի կազմի մեջ, որովհետև ՀԱՊԿ-ը ռազմաքաղաքական բլոկ է, ոչ թե տնտեսական: Որպես ի՞նչ են ՀԱՊԿ-ից հրաժարվում, մտնում ԵՄ, ռազմաքաղաքական առումով այս տարածաշրջանում ինչպե՞ս ենք մեր անվտանգությունը երաշխավորելու: Երբ 1995 թվականի Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազան բերեց Հայաստան, պարզ հասկացրեց, որ մենք տարածաշրջանում չենք կարող միայնակ ապահովել մեր անվտանգությունը և սահմանների անքակտելիությունը»,- եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
