Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստի չզեկուցվող հարցերից մեկով Ծաղկաձոր համայնքում գտնվող շուրջ 20000 քմ մակերեսով հողամասն (սկզբնական նպատակային նշանակությունը՝ անտառային տարածք) ամրացվեց Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին: Այս մասին հայտնում է դատախազության Հանրային կապերի բաժինը։ Գրել է «Հետքը»։
Հիշեցնենք, հողը սեփականաշնորհվել էր գործարար Սամվել Մայրապետյանին։
Ծաղկաձորի անտառային տարածների ապօրինի սեփականաշնորհման մասին «Հետքը» գրել էր դեռ 2018 թվականին։
2023 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին Հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքացիական դատարանը բավարարել էր Գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության հայցը, որով պահանջվում էր՝
Անվավեր ճանաչել 2007 թվականի մայիսի 26-ի աճուրդը.
Որպես հետևանք՝ անվավեր ճանաչել այդ ժամանակ Կոտայքի մարզպետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձի՝ Կավալենկո Շահգալդյանի և Սամվել Մայրապետյանի միջև 2007 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին կնքված հողամասի առուվաճառքի պայմանագիրը, դրա հիման վրա կատարված՝ Ծաղկաձոր համայնքում գտնվող մոտ 20000 քմ հողամասի նկատմամբ Սամվել Մայրապետյանի սեփականության իրավունքի պետական գրանցումը:
37 մլն 593 հազար դրամ շուկայական արժեքին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքով շուրջ 20000 քմ մակերեսով «հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք» նպատակային նշանակությամբ հողամասի նկատմամբ գրանցվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սեփականության իրավունքը:
