Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մելքոնյանի տան և ՔՊ գրասենյակի մոտ պայթուցիկ տեղադրելու գործով ձերբակալված դաշնակցական Գագիկ Սարգսյանը կալանավորվեց։

«Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Հովհաննես Ավագյանի նախագահությամբ, մասնակիորեն բավարարեց քննիչի միջնորդությունը` մեկ ամսով կալանավորելով առանձնապես ծանր հանցանքի`ահաբեկչություն կազմակերպելու մեջ մեղադրվող պաշտպանյալիս` Գագիկ Սարգսյանին»,– գրել է նա ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
Եփրիկյանը պատրաստվում է բողոքարկել որոշումը, նա վստահ է` Գագիկ Սարգսյանը շուտով կլինի ազատության մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք` ըստ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի` Գագիկ Սարգսյանը և նախաքննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված անձինք, ունենալով հակաիշխանական հայացքներ, ահաբեկչություններ են կազմակերպել 2024 թ. փետրվարի 10-ին Երևան քաղաքի Նոյ Թաղամասի 143/1 հասցեում (ՔՊ–ական Գուրգեն Մելիքյանի տունը), իսկ 2024 թ. փետրվարի 20-ին Գյուլբենկյան 30/3 (ՔՊ–ական Գուրգեն Արսենյանի տունը) և Գյուլբենկյան 33 հասցեներում։
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի տարբեր հոդվածներով (այդ թվում՝ ահաբեկչություն կատարելու համար) քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 4 անձի նկատմամբ: Նրանցից երկուսի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը, իսկ մյուս երկուսը ձերբակալված են:
