Մարտի 12-ին, ժամը 12.15-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին «Ուիգմոր քլինիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության խումբը Երևանի Մամիկոնյանց փողոցից բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել դանակահարված, 17-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Հ.-ին: Կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածք ստանալու հետևանքով նա հիվանդանոցում մահացել էր:
Նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական քրեական վարույթ:
Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների և Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ Ռաֆիկ Հ.-ն օրեր առաջ վիճաբանության մեջ է եղել Երևանի բնակիչ 21-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ: Վերջինս վեց ընկերների հետ, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, մարտի 12-ին պարզաբանումների են գնացել Մամիկոնյանց փողոցի քոլեջի մոտ, որտեղ սովորում էր 17-ամյա պատանին: Ծեծկռտուք էր սկսվել: Ռաֆիկ Հ.-ն փորձել էր փախչել, սակայն 21-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից դանակահարվել ու ընկել էր գետնին, ինչից հետո սկսել էին նրան հարվածել ոտքերով, ձեռքերով ու մահակով, ապա նշված վայրում գտնվող քաղաքացիների միջամտությունից հետո դեպքի վայրից դիմել էին փախուստի:
Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները՝ ՔՈԳՎ, Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և Սիսիանի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում մարտի 13-ի ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում Սիսիան քաղաքում հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալել և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին են ներկայացրել 21-ամյա երիտասարդին ու 22 և 21 տարեկան երկու հանցակից ընկերներին:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ մյուս մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու և քննության ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Քրեական վարույթը շարունակվում է:
